We had an amazing time with Mehran. Super experienced inspector, gave us tons of repair and maintenance tips, even helped us to decide whether something can be DIYed or has to be done by a professional. The whole experience is smooth and pleasant. Report received at the end of the day.

As a REALTOR® working with buyers in the Vancouver market, I recently had the opportunity to work with Ramien Boeve from Inspect Canada during a townhouse inspection in East Vancouver, and the experience was excellent. The property was a 1996-built townhouse, and he did an extremely thorough and professional inspection from top to bottom. His attention to detail, knowledge of townhouse construction and building systems, and ability to clearly explain findings to both myself and my clients really stood out. What I appreciated most as a real estate agent was his communication style. He was honest, practical, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to answer questions clearly, explain maintenance considerations, and help my buyers fully understand the property and its condition. That level of professionalism helps buyers make informed decisions with confidence. The inspection report was detailed, organized, and easy to follow, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy home inspector in East Vancouver or the Greater Vancouver area, especially for townhouses or older properties, I would highly recommend Ramien Boeve at Inspect Canada. I would absolutely work with him again and confidently refer him to future clients.

Ramien was amazing in helping us inspect our first home! He made us feel reassured, while also being candid and open about what we need to do with the property. We walked away from the inspection feeling even more confident and excited! Thank you!
