Ramien was excellent!

Our condo inspection was done by Sandeep Bhangu and we had the best customer experience ever. The checks were comprehensive, very detailed and Sandeep went above and beyond to explain procedures and point out things that we had no idea about. Throughout the process the inspector encouraged questions and is very approachable. I went through the report that was provided after the inspection, it has photographs with detailed notes which is extremely helpful for reference. I highly recommend Inspect Canada and Sandeep Bhangu for all your home inspection needs. 5 STAR experience!

We recently bought a home in Surrey, BC, and hired Shane from Inspect Canada for our pre-purchase home inspection. From the moment we booked, Shane was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He arrived on time and spent several hours thoroughly examining every part of the property — from the roof and foundation to the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and even the basement suite. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and detailed Shane was. He didn’t just point out issues; he explained everything clearly, showed us photos and examples on-site, and gave practical advice on what needed attention, what was minor, and what could wait. His report was incredibly comprehensive, well-organized, and delivered promptly with tons of supporting pictures. It gave us real peace of mind and helped us negotiate confidently with the sellers. Shane is straightforward, honest, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and informative. He’s the kind of inspector who truly looks out for your best interests. Would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to friends and family!
