This directory groups places for home searches, not as an official boundary map. North Vancouver combines City and District guides; Langley combines City and Township guides. Smaller municipalities have their own pages without artificial neighbourhood subdivisions. Named communities may overlap.
New guides are review drafts. Local snapshots are added only after verification; address-based source coverage varies. Confirm inspection availability and travel arrangements for island and remote addresses.

Burnaby’s town-centre guides distinguish Brentwood, Lougheed, Edmonds and Metrotown. Planning context and a unit’s inspection are separate parts of the buying decision.
Richmond has separate planning and sub-planning areas. An area plan provides context, but drainage, servicing and building condition need property-specific review.
Surrey identifies six main communities: Cloverdale, Fleetwood, Guildford, Newton, South Surrey and Whalley. South Surrey’s named neighbourhoods also have individual guides.
