Canada's highest-rated inspection company

Sandeep was very thorough, honest, and gave us lots of helpful info as FTHB's. Really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

Very thorough inspectors! They addressed the concerns I had mentioned before of the inspection. Saved us from buying a place with issues we just don’t want to deal with.

I am very impressed by Hamed Sajjadishahri's inspection for my new 700 sq feet condo. He arrived on time. Spent about 1.5 hour doing a very thorough inspection. At the end of the inspection, he went through all the deficiences that he identifed. The report that he provided was also excellent - easy to browse, detailed yet concise write up, and high resolution photos. Highly recommended.

Shane is clearly someone who loves his job! The house inspected is over 100 years old and Shane was careful to point out differences to new houses, what were red flags, what was standard wear and tear, and what was old but still functioning well. Shane took time to explain the findings we were not familiar with. We felt very taken care of! Thank you Shane!!!

Me and my family had a great experience with Inspect Canada with Mehran, he was very professional and made sure to go into great detail about the condition of the house. I would recommend him and Inspect Canada for all home buyers.

He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated how detailed and patient he was throughout the inspection process, and pointed out minor potential concerns and how to maintain them. He recommended timeframes to switch out filters, detectors and other items which helped us feel very informed and confident in our purchase decision.
