Mike from Inspect Canada did an outstanding job inspecting our new home. I thought the inspection would be done in 2 hours, but he took 4+ hours inspecting every nook and cranny of our house. He walked us through and explained all the points of interests he found during the inspection and followed up with a super detailed yet easy to read report immediately. Having worked with a few inspectors in the past, this is the most thorough and comprehensive inspection by far. He went above and beyond our expectations, and found problems that we never even considered to check. Mike is also very considerate, taking off his shoes and jackets whenever entering our home and offering us water. I would definitely go back to him for our follow up inspection and refer him to our friends and family. Thanks again Mike!

Mike helped us on our first home’s inspection. He was really professional on his job. After the inspection he went over one by one with the inspection even if there was no issue and told us how to maintain the home well. We were pretty much relieved after listening to him and decided to buy the home. I really recommend him.

We just had our very first condo and Mike inspected it for us. We saw his inspection report, it was so detailed and lots of things that we did not even see when we did our own visit. Mike and Tanner came to do our new house inspection, and they did a phenomenal job! They both made sure to go through all of the details, both big and small, of the house, and took pictures everywhere they went. David did a wonderful job with the inspection for a home we were looking to buy. David showed up on time and did a thorough inspection on the exterior, interior and attic of the house. David took the time at the end to walk me around the house to point out the issues he noticed and answer any questions. Would recommend.

As a busy Realtor I've seen many inspections and never have I seen one this thorough. David doesn't just show the buyers pictures on his iPad, he takes the client through every room of the house and discusses any deficiencies. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely be putting this team at the top of my referral list!
