David Asselin is our building inspector. He arrived on time, in the matter of fact he arrived earlier to assets the building surrounding before politely introduce and greet us himself. While waiting for the seller real-estate agent to arrive and grants access to the building. David asked us are there any question and prior concerns before the inspection. He answered all our concern and even give us some pointers on what to look out for during the inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable and attention to details. His Friendliness and Professionalism give us a consensus that he cares and love what he does. Understand that he is inspecting our prospective home; likely will become our permanent home for the next coming decades. YOU would like someone one to be similar if not him to preform the inspection. After the inspection, David have given us a proper walk through of the whole home in details item by item. Starting from the exterior to the interior. As we go along the walk through, he also offers much of the background requires knowledge so that we would understand with confidence. Towards the end of the inspection and walked through once again he offered to answer any of our concerns and questions. At the end he also offers trade contracts info so that we can follow-up with the repairs and general way to go about the situation. HELPFUL!! His report arrived within the hour after the inspection; report is also welcomely detailed with follow-up and suggestion. Thank you David, good work!

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. His findings were meticulous and thorough. He arrived early and inspected the exterior of the building before our scheduled time. As soon as we step foot in the unit he's already on his way working and inspecting. He went through his entire process with me and walked through all the details and defects found in an easy to understand and concise manner at the end. Absolutely every portion of the unit was covered. The final report was delivered to me literally 15 minutes after the inspection with great details and images of everything inspected.
