They did a great job!

David was exceptionally helpful in inspecting a property I have been looking to buy. He meticulously went over everything from the blinds to the appliances, checked for any moisture in the walls and personally showed me everything he found. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to inspect a new property.

David did an awesome job for my house inspection today. It was a 6000sqft house but he made sure he did not miss anything. I would reccomend him to everyone out there. Thank you David you did an awesome job. Date inspected: Novemeber 24 - 8 am Client: Adnan & Nazir Realtor: Alamgir Khan

Mike did an impressive job for the pre-lisiting inspection. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, responsible. He sent the inspection shortly after the inspection with all detailed information for improvement. I was glad to have Mike inspect my future place as he was literally saving money for me! :)

David inspected a house prior to purchase for us and provided an extremely thorough service, spending multiple hours at the property and taking plenty of time to walk us through the findings and answer any questions we had. We were able to get a booking the next day and David answered our follow up questions instantly via text. Great services and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property inspection.

These guys are awesome!! Flexible, attention to every small detail. They will crawl in spaces and make sure every corner of the house is looked at. Couldn't recommend more highly

Great service, very professional. Will was great at explaining and answering my questions

Many thanks to Mike who did inspection before I arrive and did great explanation and report to me. It was my second time working with this team. First time was with Dave and they both were just awesome. Thanks Bibi

Worked with David this morning at our potential new home for an inspection and he was wonderful! Very thorough and personable throughout the entire experience -- went over every room in detail with us afterwards and put our mind at ease with any concerns! Highly recommend Inspect Canada for anyone needing a home inspection -- two big thumbs up!

Mike and Dave exceeded expectations with their Inspection. They are very passionate and knowledgeable about their field. They provided us with a thorough walk through and a report on the apartment we were purchasing. The building had no depreciation report so they helped us assess the condition of the building and what to expect in the future. I highly recommend them for your inspection.

Will was awesome! Super thorough with his job. Even left us some water in the fridge. Really friendly and personable. Would highly recommend.

David was on time, very thorough and professional. He explained everything in great depth and showed us all the issues in the property. We highly recommend him for your home inspections

Inspector David did the home inspection for me and honestly there was no one who could’ve done a better job! He was friendly, helpful, experienced and professional. I’d recommend him (or his team) to anyone needing a home inspection done!

These guys are awesome! Mike Juri was not only on time but early, took his time to look around the outside of the property as we waiting for the listing agent to arrive. From the time he entered the condo to the walk through he was extremely thorough in his assessment, explained his process to me every step of the way and suggested things I could buy and install on my own to save money and to make the small adjustments needed for my new home to be safe from any damages. The report was sent before I even got home and the follow up call was the cherry on the cake for this STELLAR service. If I could give more than five stars I would. As someone who has never hired for a home assessment before (and I've owned two homes previous to this) I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and Inspect Canada.

Mike did a fabulous job and walked us through the whole inspection. Very satisfied. Thanks Mike!

We had Mike inspect a town house for us in Vancouver and was very impressed with his diligence and the time he took to explain everything to us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an inspection and peace of mind with their purchase Thanks Mike!

We hired Mike to perform home inspection for our townhouse to remove the subjects in our contract. Mike did a great job, explained all the findings and helped us to understand what repairs are required. We had some follow-up questions the day after we received the report and Mike promptly responded and answered all of our questions. I can highly recommend his services. Thanks

I used Inspect.ca for my condo inspection prior to removing subjects. William was great and walked my partner and I along with our Realtor through the condo unit. He was thorough and answered all of our questions, providing suggestions and rough pricing for improvements. He was very honest and gave us a very objective summary and inspection report - including everything from little things to bigger items. Overall, we had a great experience with William and Inspect.ca - I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future!

We had a very pleasant experience with Inspect Canada and inspector Mike. He was very thorough and very helpful. Our furnace was not working so Mike suggested to come another time to make sure that radiant heating was working. Actually, he was on site 3 times as second time owner still didn't fix it properly. Report was great and full of useful information. Big thanks to Mike for making sure everything was in order for us to move forward with purchase. All our questions and concerns were addressed and I will definitely go with him for the next home inspection. Highly recommended!

He was honest in his report and even gave recommendations on how to improve the house. I would definitely recommend David for any home inspection.

Awesome service! As we were not able to be there in person for the home inspection, our real estate agent met Mike at the townhouse. Mike was there on time, did the inspection and provided the report the same day, but before he presented the written report Mike gave a verbal report highlighting areas that we might want to address. Thank you Mike!

Very happy with our decision to have William come and do an inspection on our new townhouse! The report was very detailed and easy to read. It really does pay to have a qualified pair of eyes look over the property, especially when making such a big purchase. Thank you! We feel more confident moving into our new home.

Thorough and detailed inspection. David was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. We would highly recommend this company.
