Mohsen does such a thorough and thoughtful job with his inspections. Have used his services twice for apartment inspections. I really value the ability to walk through with him in addition to the digital report in case you need to review. Would recommend and will likely use his services again in this competitive market!

Mohsen was a wonderful inspector who already got started when I arrived . He gave me a great time frame on when the inspection would be done and was very thorough. He walked with me through each room and appliance on what was good and bad, as well as gave me solutions to repair or fix any issue the home had . I would definitely recommend him for any future inspections !

What not to like from Inspect Canada. They are responsive and professional. We had the opportunity working with Mohsen, and wow, he is THE ONE who I want to help us for any kind of inspection in the future. He is very detailed, friendly and reassuring. We would have missed bunch of stuffs without him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I used this service for my condo inspection as condition of purchase. Michael is awesome: professional, communicative and thorough, active and super positive. He was great and super helpful. He was highly recommended by my niece whom also used him for condo inspection on her purchase and also highly recommended by my Realty agent

Mike Juri, inspected the condo my daughter was looking to purchase. In this crazy busy time he was able to attend the condo and perform his inspection in a timely fashion. He was very thorough, engaging, professional and extremely competent. There were issues with the unit but he explained those in detail and alleviated any concerns. I would highly recommend this company.
David was amazing to say the least. We felt confident going into our home inspection because he came highly recommended, and he still impressed us. David was knowledgable and explained everything in detail in a way we could easily follow & understand. His friendly and professional demeanor made us feel comfortable - we were able to communicate and ask him questions with zero hesitation. We will be using David when the time comes again, and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, David, for making our first home-buying experience incredibly easier. Until next time!
Our inspector was Mohsen and I couldn’t be more happy with his service. He went over everything in such great detail and answered all of my questions along the way. My wife and I are expecting our first child and he went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of any issues that may arise in the future. I would fully recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. Thank you again Mohsen!
My buyer is very satisfied that I bought David in for his condo inspection. Will recommend David 100%
Mike and Will arrived earlier than the scheduled time. They were professional and thorough in the inspection. They also provided a high level summary on the spot at the end of their inspection. The detailed comprehensive written report arrived the same day as well. Overall, I am very happy with their work.
Mike was able to come on short notice (we made the appointment the day before), which we were thankful for. Mike came earlier than the appointment time and started inspecting every nook and cranny of the home we were buying and gave us a complete walkthrough afterwards. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and sent us a very detailed report. We will definitely call Inspect Canada again if we ever need another inspection!

We had David inspect a house we are purchasing today, and he was AMAZING! He did a walk through with us after his inspection, and he provided all the details information that we needed from his thorough inspection. We are both so amazed how he did all this detailed inspection in 2 - 3 hours, and dumb it down for us to understand. :) Without any hesitation, we'd recommend David's service. He is truly amazing. Very professional. Thank you, David!!

Mohsen was fantastic. He was very thorough and focused on the big really important aspects but also all the little details. Gave us piece of mind knowing everything we could about the property.
As a realtor, I have recommended Inspect Canada to clients many times. I’ve had the pleasure of working with David, Mike and Mohsen. All three of them are top-notch professionals who are punctual, pleasant and thorough. They take their time to explain their findings, produce a very detailed report, and most importantly, they are always willing to answer follow up questions. One thing I appreciate a lot is that they always send the report on the same day; the quick turnaround allows clients to dive into the information right away. In a fast-paced market, the efficiency is definitely a big bonus. Krystal, their coordinator / manager, is very friendly and efficient. We’ve had to cancel / reschedule inspections a few times and every time Krystal was helpful and understanding. Today I had Mike inspect a home I am personally interested in, and he was thorough, pleasant and extremely patient. I am really glad I got to try their inspection services as a client because I am even more confident in recommending them to my clients going forward.
David was very friendly and professional. He walked through everything with us, explained everything in detail and where applicable, gave us possible solutions. Went above and beyond, was patient and answered all our questions. Definitely helped put our mind at ease especially when making such a major purchase.
I was in the process of buying my first home(condo) and needed to get a home inspection done. It was easy to book an appointment and they were also accommodating when I had to reschedule it. Mohsen was the inspector that conducted my inspection. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and took the time to explain to me all his finding before sending me a report (which arrived in less than an hour). After 2 weeks, I had more questions on one of the finding in the report and he was kind enough to reply to that email and explain the reason why that may have happened and eased my worries. Thank you for your excellent service!
Mohsen did a great job on our home inspection. I was very impressed with his detailed explanations. The report was very thorough and provided all of the information we needed and more. He was very friendly. Thank you Mohsen!
I had to get an inspection done quickly for a condo I was looking to buy and was able to book online for next day service. I got a callback within the hour to confirm details and was walked through the high level process. The inspection itself was thorough and the report even included suggestions on how to properly upkeep different parts of the condo for optimal performance. Will was personable and very knowledgeable - I would highly recommend him and Inspect Canada for condo/property purchase inspections. Thanks Will!
I would highly recommend Inspect Canada. This was our first experience with a Home Inspection service and we had no complaints! Mohsen was our inspector and provided a very thorough presentation and report of our Condo unit and the common areas. Thanks Mohsen!

Vancouver Inspection was recommended by my realtor and surely it was a great recommendation. Mike was on time and did a thorough inspection. Not only did he perform a detailed inspection, he also walked me through all the findings. I highly recommend Vancouver Inspection team, it was a smooth process from booking an appointment to getting the inspection report.
We used Inspect Canada for our home inspection for our condo. As a first time buyer this was my first experience with a home inspection and I didn't really know what to expect. Mohsen was professional, friendly, thorough and extremely helpful. He explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. The report was very detailed and I couldn't believe how quickly it was available after the inspection. I would highly recommend using Inspect Canada. The booking process was also very efficient and the team member taking my booking was very friendly and helpful.
David and Mohsen are very profession and detail-minded with every corner and tile checked. Inspection report and after inspection tour around the house were very detail and with practical recommendations. Highly recommended. Great value for money. 👍🏼
My husband and I just purchased our first condo and David came to do the inspection. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, thorough, and made sure to explain everything to us. We were in the unit while he did the inspection and he made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Inspect Canada and David!
We bought a new property and a proper walkthrough was not schedules (realtor's fault, I guess). There were clearly deficiencies. Inspect Canada verified what I had found, and found other things. thankfully most the property was built well!! Now I have peace of mind of the things I need to worry about, and bug the developer to fix them! totally worth my money
Had a great experience with Mike. Very proffessional and friendly. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and made himself available for questions. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Mike!
