Canada's highest-rated inspection company

We were initially quite hesitant with getting an inspector for our new condo because of the additional cost, but Michael was a valuable asset in our decision making. He is very professional and had a lot of patience in explaining everything he discovered during his inspection which put our minds at ease. The property inspection report was also delivered promptly after inspection. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Mike. Appreciate the short notice assessment. Very professional and friendly. Would use any time!

My realtor wanted only David to inspect a house I wanted to buy. I can see why. David’s report is very thorough with lots of pics and explanations. He even postponed his vacation to do an inspection for me. There was an ongoing family dispute in that house and the police showed up so he had to leave. He inspected most of the house and said he will return to complete the rest. With his findings, I was able to have the seller credit me some money to address the issues.

Booked a time online and it was immediately scheduled with my Realtor. Inspection report was received shortly after the inspection and the details were very specific and even included video recordings.

Mike from Inspect Canada was extremely thorough in doing a home inspection for us. He took the time to explain every little detail, good or bad…luckily, not really any bad, but nonetheless still went over everything with us. He then sent us a report of what we discussed so we have a copy of it. The inspection he did was most definitely top notch and he really put our mind at ease!! I will definitely use Inspect Canada again and of course i will ask for Mike!!!

Mike was very thorough with the inspection and took the time to walk us through all of his findings and provide recommendations on anything that needed to be fixed. He has a great attitude and was fun to work with. He made the inspection of our first home purchase an easy and stress-free experience and we would definitely use his services in the future. Thanks, Mike!!

We had a great experience working with Mr Amanjot on a pre-offer building inspection. He is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job at walking us through the report.

David was a real pleasure to work with. This was my first home and he was very thorough with his inspection and walkthrough. My partner and I were amazed at his level of professionalism and would recommend David for anyone looking for a home inspection.

Krystal is always super professional and on top of everything!! She makes the process of booking an inspection for our clients seamless and easy. Never had any trouble with last minute bookings/cancellations. Truly an awesome team, highly recommend!

David was such a professional! He has done the inspection for the new home I am trying to buy. I highly recommend David for home inspections. He goes the extra mile just to make you feel comfortable, he knows what he’s doing, and he cares about how you feel. Oh he takes a group photo in the end which was really fun!

David inspected our condo as first time home buyers on short notice and on his birthday! He was thorough and explained his findings clearly so everything was easy to understand, and he gave suggestions and recommendations where possible. He was very friendly and efficient, and patiently answered all of our questions.

Went above and beyond for us taking measurements of locker and answered all of our questions.

This was the first time I have ever gone through the inspection process and I was anxious about it. Mike was beyond friendly and patient and I felt immediately at ease. The inspection was very thorough and the report afterwards is very clear and easy to read and understand. Also their website is great and easy to navigate! The videos were very informative! I would highly recommend Inspect Canada for your next - or first - home inspection! Thanks Mike!

WOW. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Being a realtor, my role is to help guide people through the uncertainty of purchasing a home and putting them in touch with quality services. Inspect Canada exceeded our expectations. Krystal was a gem to book with and was able to squeeze us in with only one day notice! That's crazy. Our inspector Mohsen arrived early and was extremely patient with us when during the walk-through, taking the time to explain his methodology and purpose behind each step he takes. This was huge in putting my client at ease and allowed us to place an offer with confidence that this unit and building wasn't a lemon. Couldn't ask for a more positive experience. 100% worth the Call. Thank you Inspect Canada!

Very professional and efficient. Mohsen gave us the steps we need in order to really take care of our new home!

So, I'm totally a Jon Snow when dealing with this whole buying-a-new-home thing. I didn't know what an inspection would entail tbh and thought...wooo what is my $$$ doing...eeek?!?! However, Michael Juri's: walkthrough of the place; offered explanations/suggestions; and report, appeared to be very thorough, complete, and professional. His demeanour actually made me feel confident in purchasing the home. I was also forwarded his card in case anything was amiss in the future or if I had any questions. Within the hour I got to know/meet him, he also seemed to be a pretty cool dude and was relateable. Wooo! Thanks man! Decided to leave a review after all was said, done, signed, and sealed. Hang loose! 🤙
