Shane is very professional and detail-oriented. He took his time to inspect the townhouse very thoroughly. We found him not only very knowledgeable, he made sure we would know how to operate everything properly in the townhouse. We would highly recommend him to all buyers who are looking to buy a new home.

Shane was fantastic to deal with. Thorough, patient & extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a great service.

Ramien Boeve from Inspect Canada inspected my prospect property today. He arrived on time, went through everything in professional and impartial manner. I am especially impressed with Ramien's knowledge about property and fine details, and be able to translate everything in simple way that I understand during walk through. I learnt a lot through the Inspection process. And he's super friendly and nice! Highly recommended!

He also provided good, practical recommendations and delivered a very detailed inspection report promptly after the inspection. Overall, it was a great experience!

This is our second time working with Inspect Canada and they did a fantastic job again. They are thorough with their work and provided a great inspection report to review after. The fee is very reasonable for the service they provide and I will continue to hire this team for all my future inspection needs.

Said was thorough, informative, and highly efficient in his inspection. Great energy, and very reassuring professional expertise demonstrated in his walkthrough with us. We really appreciate it!

Hamed is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He inspected thoroughly and walked me and my real estate agent through all the findings and gave me lots of suggestion of preventative measurement equipment considering this will be my first home and some tech/app can monitor potential leaking and fire related incidents and notify the owner right away. 100% recommended.

Shane conducted the inspection on our new condo. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and what stood out to me was how he explained things in both a technical and practical manner - the mark of a true professional. The price of our inspection was the same as others were charging, but the added bonus above and beyond was that Shane even had a drone to check the roof!

Inspect Canada was highly recommended and met all expectations. Our inspector, Ramien, did an excellent job inspecting the property, explaining the inspection report in detail, covering all important points, and sending a digital report shortly after. I value Ramien's professional insights, which reassure me about the property. Thank you, Ramien & Inspect Canada!

He was always very friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend Inspect Canada, as Shane was excellent and very efficient. Additionally, we received the report one hour after the inspection, with all documentation and recommendations impeccably presented in the report. Without any doubt, I would highly recommend them.

Huge kudos and thank you to the Inspect Canada team! Their level of service and high quality was why I kept on coming back as a repeat customer. Big thanks to Crystal for the bookings assistance. Big thanks to Hamed for being our inspector at the first few properties we looked at. Big thanks to Reza for being our inspector for our recent purchase. We hire home inspectors for their expertise and clear explanations, Hamed and Reza has consistently delivered on that front. Our home search took a few months because in a buyer’s market – we have choice and let’s just say that many properties have displayed... some unique attributes. Due to the high quality service, we felt informed from the walkthroughs plus the reports which enhanced our home purchasing negotiations and decision-making. Also, I have noticed Inspect Canada’s continuous improvement approach for us as clients which is always well-appreciated. Thank you again for being patient with my family and I as we looked for our new home. Keep up the great work! :)

Our inspector Ramien was thorough and went beyond what was required to point out additional information. His inspection and notes on site were clear and concise. The post inspection report was received quickly after the inspection and was well put together and clear and informative.
