My wife and I were very pleased with the level of quality and detailed service provided by William from Inspect Canada. We hired Inspect Canada to perform 2 home inspections for us when we were looking to purchase a 2bedroom condo. For both inspections, William performed detailed walkthroughs with us to explain his findings and took his time to go over them in detail. He also submitted a 60+ page inspection report with sufficient amount of details, photos, and recommendations. In short, great service at great value.

William was very punctual and professional. Great attention to detail yet able to pin point out things we really need to fix vs. wait. He was very thorough and good at explaining so you can understand why and which part of the problem is important to monitor. As they have a team, I was able to book at last minute on Saturday. Report was given to me in 30 min. Thank you!

AJ Singh was our inspector. He performed a very thorough inspection of the property and provided a very clear and detailed assessment at the end. Would definitely recommend his services.

I have used David Asselin @ Inspect Canada for three separate home inspections now (spring 2020, fall 2021, spring 2024). All properties were quite old (50-100 years) and I was very impressed with his prompt responses, level of knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. The summary report was completed very quickly, is very easy to follow, and clearly documents work performed and any potential issues. 5 star experience all times and I would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection in Vancouver!

As a first-time home buyer, I was really new to the property purchasing world. My realtor recommended Inspect Canada as he had good experiences with them in the past, and I am so glad we went with them. AJ was excellent with his services. The inspection was timely and thorough. AJ took the time to answer my questions and double-check things around the condo as I requested. The final report was received almost immediately after the inspection, and it was really easy to follow and provided the level of detail I was looking for. Highly recommend Inspect Canada to anyone looking for professional, affordable, and thorough inspection services!

Wow Mike at Inspect Canada was the best! So friendly and fun, and he organized a lot of potentially overwhelming information into and easy to follow and exciting experience.

The inspector pointed us a few minor and moderate problems that we wouldn't have otherwise be aware of. Thank you William for the great job.

AJ was very friendly and we feel he did a very thorough review of our condo, with a very informative inspection report.

AJ from Inspect Canada was a pleasure to work with. Upon finishing his inspection he went through the details of his findings in a professional yet enjoyable manner. He offered suggestions on minor fixes. ( the place he inspected did not have major issues) He took his time answered all questions in a happy calm manner no matter how silly the questions. Coming from a trades background I asked a couple of trick questions, AJ was honest and passed my secret test. I will be calling Inspect Canada for all future home inspection needs!

Mohsen was very thorough and his report was clear and concise. I would surely recommend him to others. Thank you.

Excellent service provided by Inspect Canada! Mike was very professional and thorough. He made sure to explain his findings with me and provided a lot of useful information that will help me maintain my new place. The written report was ready in my email inbox very quickly after the inspection which was super helpful. Highly recommended!

Mike was awesome, very professional. You can tell he really cares about helping you know everything that you need to know about your new home. The inspection was very thorough, as was the final report. He took the time to make sure we understood about his process and his tools, and explained the possible cause of the problems that he found, along with a list of probable solutions based on both his professional and personal experience. It's actually the second time we've met Mike (as tenants first and as owners now, as it happens), and both times he was just great.

We recently completed our home inspection with Mike. He was extremely pleasant to work with and took the time to explain everything to us.The booking process was also easy. The representative who took my initial call was helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Mike and his team!

We were having difficulty finding a home inspector due to the short notice and tentativeness of the date required. Inspect Canada came through for us in both regards. Mike was thorough, giving us a walk through of all the aspects of his inspection. He was professional and personable, keeping an even balance between a critical but not negative eye to the unit. His report was sent within hours and it was complete in its scope. We would recommend him to others looking for a condo/home inspection.

AJ did a thorough inspection on our unit. The report is very helpful, pointed out a few minor concerns I wouldn't have otherwise be aware of.

Shabe was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough, took the time to answer all our questions, and certainly helped in our decision making process. Would definitely use again!

Will was amazing!!! This was our second inspection, and he once again provided amazing service! He accomodated our late request with very little notice, he was pleasant, professional and had our report ready within the hour in time for our subject removal. We are really appreciate of Will and definitely recommend Inspect Canada. Thank you!!!

I gotta give it to Dave and Mike. These guys are awesome!!! I would say their expertise and analysis end up giving us the valuable information needed to make our decision to ultimately walk away from the house we were purchasing. If it wasn’t for them and their videos of the drainage tiles and sewer we would have bought a very very expensive home that would have likely required another 50k worth of work to remedy the shotty drainage tile installation. By the way this house was pretty much brand new too. Thanks especially to Dave for coming back and redoing a more in-depth inspection once we determined that there was something fishy going on with the drain tile. You are a saint brother !!!

Very good attention to detail, Michael Juri was very excellent to talk to. Professional and personable.
