Amanjot and his partner were very professional and detailed during the house inspection. Amanjot walked me around the property and through each room in the house and pointed out everything I needed to know for an upcoming purchase. His recommendations were easy to follow and understand. The report came fully detailed with pictures so it was easy to read. The inspection and walk through were done in a very timely and professional manner. They checked in often to see if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend using AJ at Inspect Canada for any inspection needs in the lower mainland. If I have the opportunity, will use them again. UPDATE- I had booked another rush inspection with this company today. Mike Juri was very helpful, detailed , and provided reasonable tips along the walk through. He was considerate and kind , and brought us water bottles as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood everything discussed and made himself available if I needed anything further. Highly recommend this company!! UPDATE! I BOOKED these guys for a third time and they did an outstanding job. Outstanding. I will use them over and over again they really earn their 5 star reviews. They are so thorough. Answered all our questions professionally and kindly and even offered to be available if anything comes up down the road. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

I'm a first time home buyer so this was my first experience with a thorough home inspection. I didn't know what to expect but I was very satisfied with their service! My realtor is amazing and she guided me what to check and pay attention when we were looking at places so I thought I was already quite well informed about the place (a condo unit). So when I scheduled for a home inspection, I mainly wanted to confirm that there was no major issue, which was big enough for me to consider backing out of the purchase. However, Mike Juri and one more inspector in training (sorry I forgot the name!) did a very thorough job and walked through details of findings and recommendations with me and my realtor. Not only I learned what I need to fix or potentially replace but also learned how to maintain things in a good working condition and how to prevent potential damages. They are very open to questions and answer them in details. There was no pressure to rush things and get done with but they took time to explain things. I thought the walkthrough itself was already a great value but when I got the inspection report, I was even more impressed with the details and comments. There were lots of photos with findings/recommendations including the exterior of the building and common areas. Mike also assured me that I can call him if I have any questions about the report. I highly recommend their service and Mike as your home inspector!

Mike was kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the house and gave a thorough overview of his findings (in addition to the report). We are so thankful for the entire inspect canada team for making this such a seamless experience. We would without hesitation recommend using them for your next home inspection! Thanks again, Mike!

I had a inspection for my condo today with AJ Amanjot. He was extremely professional and friendly. During the walk through he went through each portion of my new place in detail. It felt like I was getting an in person tutorial of to my newly purchased place. I was also given a number of useful tips and suggestions for taking care of my condo. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was in excellent functioning condition as well. I would highly recommend using Inspect Canada’s service.

Working with Will was a great experience. He was very thorough in his work, and explained his processes to us very clearly. He also guided us on the things that require urgent fixes. He gave all the info we needed, so that we can make an informed decision easily. The report was concise, clear and delivered quickly. I would recommend them totally!

Very surprised at how detailed these guys are. The house that I visited looked like it was in great condition but these guys revealed moisture in the walls after inspection and caught a lot of stuff I would have otherwise missed without a home inspection. If your planning on buying a home definitely use these guys to inspect it first.

William was great. Very detailed and professional. I really like all the resources available on the website too.

We were very satisfied with the inspection for the place we were interested in buying. Mike was very professional and did a very thorough walk through with us. The report was very detailed and clear. We felt very good with the decision we made after having the inspection done. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a home inspection done.

I live overseas and this service was very efficient for me while the inspector communicated with me with WhatsApp. Payment is convenient too, using a credit card. The actual price was lower than the on-line charge. Thank you.

We were able to book Mike Juri to inspect our condo on a short notice. He & his team were great. Very professional. Mike explained everything thoroughly which was very helpful. Last minute booking was a breeze as well. Thanks team. Much appreciated.

There is no comparison for the level of service you received from this company. During inspection, David check everything even though the house was fairly new. I was amazed with the level of information and detail he provided once he completed his inspection. By the end of inspection, they provide you with a detailed report and list of suppliers if you are interested to fix any deficiencies. Overall, one of the best inspection companies I dealt with and I will continue to use their services in future.

the inspection for our new home was done above standards!! He was punctual and professional. Our new home has 12ft ceiling, and inspector was prepared with a ladder tall enough to check even the smoke detectors and offered to replace batteries. If anyone's looking for a home inspection on their new home, this is the one! Highly recommended!

Great, quick professional service. Saw a condo at 615 on Wednesday they were able to inspect it by 9:00 am on Thursday. Mike the inspector was great. He was both professional and friendly and went through every nook and cranny with my to show me what was in good condition and what was not, even things I didn't think home inspectors looked at like the quality of the grout and tiles. Excellent all around, would definitely use again.

Thank you so much to AJ and the guys at Inspect Canada. They did a very thorough inspection and we’re very pleased with the service they provided. Gave us the piece of mind we needed while putting an offer down on an older house.

Mike, our inspector, was excellent. Good communicator walked us through the entire property, and was very meticulous. We really appreciate his efforts on our behalf. 5 stars.

We had our future home inspected by David and Mehran from Inspect Canada. We scheduled our inspection on short notice but they still accommodated us. David and Mehran were both very professional and knowledgeable when doing the walk through. They took their time to explain everything to us and answered all the questions we had. They also gave useful tips and suggestions for maintaining our home. We will definitely ask them again for help in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

As first time home owners an inspection can feel daunting. Mohsen walked us through absolutely everything and really made sure the place we were buying wouldn’t come with any surprises. He made this entire experience a lot more reassuring. Thank you so much! Will absolutely use your services again in the future and refer you to others.

I'm so happy we went with Inspect Canada for our pre-inspection. David and Mehran were thorough and extremely detailed. The whole experience was pleasant beginning to end. The report that we received a few hours later was so well organized, supported by photos and explanations. What I really loved was how they categorized their findings using a colour system to help us prioritize what needed to be addressed. Plus, they tag all of the findings too with little tips as to whether you can DIY the repair, or if you'd need to hire a professional. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

great service and very thorough!

I texted AJ Thursday night for an inspection for that same Sunday and within a few minutes he was able to confirm the appointment. We met him on the day of the inspection and he was friendly and made me instantly feel confident in his abilities in assessing my new home. The report given at the end was also very comprehensive. Would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them for all my future purchases as well.

AJ was professional, very friendly and super thorough. We had a great experience, thank you AJ!
