Very professional,quality service 5*****

Very professional. The inspection was thorough, detailed, and well documented. Fair price and quick report provided. Easy to book.

William (Will) Sodat was my inspector, and did a great job inspecting the house we were about to purchase. He went beyond checking all the basic appliances. He answered questions on building materials, gave us hints on home maintenance, as well as flew a drone up for roof inspection, and checked the whole house with thermal camera. Speed was great. I booked and he came the next day. He walked me through the issues he found in person, and then sent me the report electronically before I even got home.

On time, thorough, and professional. Follow up inspection report well done and also very thorough. Definitely would recommend and use again.

David was amazing and very much detailed oriented. He is even checked the appliances and everything at the home! Thanks a lot, David for the amazing work!

I have used them twice now and will use them again if needed. Very good experience, I can highly recommend them. The walk through and report were thorough and explained in a way thats easy to understand.
