Canada's highest-rated inspection company

David was through and courtneous when he examined our water leak problem. He answered all our questions patiently. Even though the source of leak wasn't identified, he offered possible causes for the water leak and what we can do to investigate and migitate the problems. One thing that surprised me was that he refused to get paid for the visit, stating that he only charges a client when a job is completed. I never expected this level of professionalism and was a bit confused - I was ready to pay, regardless. I offered payment again but he refused again. I realized at that moment that he is so dedicated to his profession that he really meant what he said. It wasn't his fault at all that water leak source couldn't be found. I knew from previous interaction with the builder that small water leak is extremely difficult to identify. He really did his best and more, offering his expert opinions and suggestion. My experience with David has been excellent. I recommend him to family and friends. I will go to them for all inspection work from now on.

Mike provided excellent service and was very thorough. He took the time to go over his findings and answer question all my questions. I highly recommend these guys.

David was again a pleasure to work with. He provides so much detail in his inspections and really appears to have our best interests in mind. Great advice throughout the inspection. I would recommend him without hesitation.

David was extremely thorough and went though everything with me to ensure I knew exactly what he found and what would be in his report. Great experience and service

Mehran is a great inspector to work with. He is thorough and responsive. During the inspection, he would reply any questions we had. During the walk though, he showed us in detail what need to be done and how much it would roughly cost. And after the inspection, he provided us with further explanation when we needed clarifications about the report. We would absolutely work with him again!

Very professional and knowledgeable about the inspection. Would recommend and use again!

It was such a pleasure meeting Mike. He was professional and very polite. Walked us through the entire condo he was expecting, explaining everything in plain English so someone like me could understand. I would say he was more than thorough. Did t skip reviewing anything with me and providing his recommendations. I would definitely refer Mike to my friends and family and definitely use Inspect Canada again when I need a home inspection. Thnx so much Mike

Mike did our inspection and he was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and gave me a thorough walkout after doing the inspection. He gave me all the necessary information on how to get things fixed even if they were not related to the inspection. He didn’t rush during the whole process at any point of time. He reached the house 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time which shows his dedication. As for the company, they are super quick in responding and getting your inspection scheduled right away! I called them up on Friday and they gave me a slot for the very next day. All in all, it was a wonderful experience working with Inspect Canada and I’m glad to have had Mike as our inspector.

Had Michael perform an inspection on a 2-bedroom condo. He was professional and walked me through the things he checked and discovered. He picked out some minor issues that would have been missed without attention to detail. It was also easy to book this inspection online and everything is digitalized.

David was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough, easy to understand, and not to mention hilarious. As two first-time homebuyers, my partner and I didn’t know what to expect with the inspection, but he ensured we understood everything and were comfortable with what he told us. The price for an inspection was very reasonable and we were able to book on short notice. Inspect Canada has made a customer for life from us and we’ll definitely be booking with David again in the future.

Worked with Will Soldat on two separate occasions. He is very professional, goes over and beyond. He takes the time to go through the home inspection report in detail, answers all questions and makes suitable suggestions for repair or maintenance. Did I mention that he is very pleasant to work with? I recommend him 💯
