We recently got our prospective home inspected by Inspect Canada. As first time home buyers, we wanted to be sure of what we were getting into and heard some feedback from our peers that home inspection lasts half an hour and it doesn't add any value. Irrespective, we decided to go for one and were very pleasantly surprised with the gentleman Will, who inspected our house. Not only did they take the booking on a very short notice on a Sunday at our request, Will was prompt on time and went through every nook and corner of the house. He came well prepared with various gadgets and took ample time to examine everything with precision. In the end he made sure he explained us everything minor and major, that came out of the inspection so that we could take an informed decision. While talking to Will it was evident that he is a thorough professional and comes with years of experience. In the end, Will was kind enough to advise us to call him for any future advise that we need or any trouble we run into.As skeptical as we were whether to go for an inspection or not, we were glad we went with one that too with Inspect Canada. I would highly recommend Will and his team for any inspection job.

Mehran was very professional and thorough. Thanks for your help!

First time homebuyer and was recommended to use Inspect Canada for their flexibility and value for their service. The report is detailed with issues and even some suggestions. I believe everyone should get their place inspected for the peace of mind and for that I recommend Inspect Canada.

Mehran arrived on time, was extremely thorough and detailed on the inspection, provided crystal clarity explanation on the issues and potential impacts for an owner. Provided a lot of insights around future maintenance and points to keep in check overtime. The report sent after the inspection is also a great format with pictures and summary on minor medium and major issues as well as why it is categorized this way. Also a positive attitude and just professionally friendly. I was very satisfied with the experience. I do really recommend this company for home and appartement inspections.

We had a house inspection by Michael Juri (Mike) tonight and his service was absolutely top-notch!! He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, clearly and patiently so that even my 11 year old son understands what's happening!! Moreover, the report he sent us was super detailed full of recommendations on what needs immediate care and what we should keep on monitoring in the future. He also offered us to call him anytime if we have any other questions we don't understand. Mike is so friendly, courteous, detail-oriented and efficient that it's hard not to give him a five-star review on what he does for us!! Inspect Canada was also super prompt and efficient in answering calls and helping us book for an appointment. We felt so grateful to have found such a wonderful house inspection company! Thank you Mike and Inspect Canada for your awesome service!! Would definitely recommend all my friends to use your service!! :) Thank you again!!

Mehran did an excellent job of pointing out the quality of our property, the industry standards and expected construction materials, and gave us helpful recommendations and caretaking suggestions to get the best value out of our home. The digital report with photos is a helpful, but the true value lies in the walkthrough and the thoroughness and expertise of the inspectors.

This was our first experience with Inspect Canada and David as our home inspector and not to exaggerate he is going to be our home inspector in future also. He is a thorough home inspector who sent an exhaustive printed report of each and every detail of the property along with the pictures. It gave us a great peace of mind and contentment as the first-time home buyer to flag out any major issue of the property and plan properly for the future. Definitely recommend anyone who is wanting to get the service to check out them!!

Mehran did a good job explaining all inspection findings. Very detailed reviews. I found it very helpful as it was kind of a mini training for what's where in the house for us and what to do when something happens. Great tips on how to maintain appliances, fixtures and small DIY upgrades.

This guys are very attentive to details on home inspection (David Asselin and Will Soldat). They even teach you what will be the best solution for their findings. Highly recommended!!!👍👍👍

Mike was our inspector and he was thorough, polite and very respectful of the space. He did not rush through the inspection and explained everything, things in the house that needed to be fixed as well as positive things about the house alike, to give an overall check up of the house status if say we should want to sell or upgrade and make the home safer. He wrote and published the report on the same day with pictures and comments. I'd definitely recommend Inspect Canada and Mike Juri in the future. Thank you!

I couldn't attend in person so my agent did on my behalf. From what was sent to me, the inspector was very concise, thorough and professional. 100% would recommend anyone requiring a home inspection to count on Inspect Canada!
