Inspector had good attention to detail and noticed the little things like wiring type

I’ve been using Inspect Canada for probably a decade. Always professional, thorough and friendly. Thanks guys!

Ramien was friendly, professional and thorough in his inspection of our new home. Will be recommending this company to all our friends!

Sina took the time to explain everything to us very thoroughly. He was great. The section of the report on the unit itself was good and gave us a nice roadmap of repairs that need doing. There were lots of pictures, but I think it would be better if they were more clearly labelled. The exterior section of the report didn't have nearly as much information as Sina told us in person. These are all strata responsibilities, which I think is the reason for the limited comments, but I still would have liked a more detailed written report. Overall it was a positive experience for first-time homebuyers.

I recently had my condo inspected by Inspect Canada, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Jake Choi was my inspector, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, thorough, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Jake took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the condition of the property. His report was comprehensive, easy to follow, and delivered promptly, which gave me great confidence in my purchase. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail—it’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend Inspect Canada and Jake Choi to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable home inspector. Definitely a 5-star service!

Excellent service.

Shane was thorough and professional. We really appreciated his expertise in handling the inspection for us. Highly recommend. Thank you Shane

Amazing! The inspection report was thorough and very informative. Hamed explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions.. I highly recommend him and will definitely use Inspect Canada for any future inspection needs.

Thank you Sandeep and Hamed for a thorough and informative inspection. The inspectors were on time, professional and explained everything in detail. The report was provided very quickly (within 2-3 hours on a Sunday) and the documentation was clear and easy to read with great photos. The report was intricate and well prepared leaving us with little questions about the property. We appreciate your hard work and will highly recommend our family and friends.

Hamed did a fantastic job with my home inspection. He was very thorough and explained his findings with great detail which I truly appreciate. Thank you Hamed!

Incredibly thorough he took his time to go through every inch of the place and explained everything to me so it was easy to understand , very nice man as well 10/10

We highly recommend Shane of Inspect Canada. He was incredibly thorough and his attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind before finalizing our purchase. He spotted minor issues we never would have caught on our own and delivered a highly detailed, photo-backed report the very same day. Exceptional service and great communication! Shane also saved us time looking through all the strata documents by providing us with summarized information. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He saved us from future misery. Thank you, Shane. Keep up the good work!

Great service and a very thorough walk through with general help of maintenance of a home and offer of any future assistance as well.

Shane did a great job. He walked through the whole house with us after the inspection. His attention to detail was incredible, and he answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. We highly recommend his services!

I was impressed by Ramien attention to details and thorough inspection. I would definitely recommend him. 5 star

Shane Ballard went above and beyond during our home inspection. The entire process was impeccable and incredibly detailed. Shane took the time to explain every single point, treating the inspection as if he were looking at his own future home. He went even further during the concierge walkthrough, asking sharp, pertinent questions and helping me clear up doubts that were actually meant for the Strata management. On top of his outstanding professionalism, Shane is extremely friendly and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend his services!

Shane was very helpful and so efficient! I want to give him 10 stars if there is 5 more in this 5 star system.
