Canada's highest-rated inspection company

We just had our new home inspected by William.. William was on site on time and inspected everything in detail. He explained how and why few minor issues came and how to manage them..he is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is very calm and does his work properly. We received the inspection report half an hour after inspection was done and the report was very detailed. I would recommend inspect Canada to anyone who is looking to get their home inspected.

Michael was great. He he did a detailed inspection inside our condo and also checked outside of the building. The final report arrived in 45 minutes and it was really well done. I recommend!

(Translated by Google) Extremely professional, and the inspection was very thorough. This home inspector, hired by the buyer when I was selling my house, left a very deep impression on me. I was even present when the inspection first began, and the thoroughness of his inspection made me a little inexplicably nervous. Fortunately, the house was in good condition, and the buyer didn't raise any further repair requests. So, six months later, when I bought another house, I specifically requested that the same inspector perform the inspection.

David was very thorough and detailed. He took a lot of to explain to us about issues and his recommendation. We would very highly recommend him. Zul & Jenny.

A very friendly and helpful inspector. Besides inspecting the drain system, he also checked whether moisture penetrated inside the rooms and pointed out some other issues with potential external leaks to fix. Most highly recommended.
