Canada's highest-rated inspection company

The inspection was very detailed, and the inspector was friendly and explained everything during the walk through. Good for piece of mind when buying a place. I'd definitely recommend these guys!

As first time home buyers we had a GREAT first home inspection experience, with Mike as our inspector. Mike completed a detailed inspection of our soon-to-be condo before we showed up. When we arrived Mike was very professional and walked us through all his findings with detailed explanations. In addition to pointing out aspects of the unit that might need some work, Mike also pointed out some of the awesome features of the unit and how to properly use them, which we really appreciate! Getting such an in-depth inspection done definitely gives us a piece of mind before moving into a new place. If you’re on the fence about which inspection company to use I’d put Inspect Canadian as number 1 on your list.

Mike did an extremely thorough and professional job, resulting in his final report serving as a detailed guide on the ins and outs of our new home. During the inspection walk through Mike did a great job in explaining each step he took and answered all of our additional questions. We would not hesitate to use Mike if we require another home inspection. It was such a positive and thorough experience, we may even spring for another one in 10 years time as a check-up on our home. Strongly recommend!

Responsive. Professional. Thorough. Punctual. Knowledgeable. Experienced.

He was very detailed oriented and checked everywhere delicately. Provide all the info I might need for future repairs.

The experience was great from the beginning when I booked the service to the end when I received the report. Inspector William Soldat was very professional, and resourceful. He did the inspection in a very comprehensive way and gave us a walk through of the issues, and potential solutions to fix (either it's DIY or asking professionals). I received the report within 30mins after the inspection. Thank you!!

David did our inspection, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions.

Was a bit skeptical at first because perfect 5 star reviews always seem iffy to me but Inspect Canada deserves every one! My inspector, William, was so thorough with the inspection and made sure my husband and I are aware of every defect there might be around the condo. He gave great suggestions on how to fix them and overall just gave us a lot of confidence in our decision to purchase. Would highly recommend Inspect Canada!

Always a great experience dealing with Inspect Canada. Very professional, punctual, reliable, and they take time to explain their findings to their clients.

I was very happy with Mehran’s detailed walkthrough for my buyers! He showed us everything he inspected and explained what the buyers had to do to minimize the risk of a problem occurring.

I've used David and the gang for many of my clients inspections and they are always thorough and professional! They are the best and I would no further than Inspect Canada!

I'm very happy with the service provided. Mike was great to work with and the peace of mind provided by the service is well worth it. I would highly recommend Inspect Canada, and especially Mike. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, obviously experienced, and he took the time to explain things to me that I don't know much about.

I'm truly impressed with the service provided by Inspect Canada. Even though the house was brand new, we decided to do an inspection just for peace of mind. Mehran did an outstanding job! Not only did he do an inspection, but he also took the time to show me everything I needed to know and teach me how to maintain my new house. A few hours later he sent me a very detailed report with lots of pictures. The inspection was essential to make me feel safe with my new investment. I definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future!

Shane was fantastic! As a competent inspector, he put my worries at ease. He was also a pleasure to work with and provided us with valuable insights and details about the property. Thanks to Inspect Canada and Shane!

My realtor, Tracey Ledlin, highly recommended David Asselin for the inspection of my new penthouse. On short notice and for a very reasonable price I received a thorough report with photos and details of each item he found that required attention from the developer. In addition to this and since I could not attend in person he allowed my realtor to video him as he did a complete walk through of the condo. I could not be more satisfied and will attest to the calibre of inspector David is.

We got a very detailed inspection report with actionable recommendations. Very pleasant to deal with

I found Inspect Canada with a google search and went with them because I was impressed with their professional website, which was easy to use and provided a clear quote and the services that would be performed. I was actually able to get an inspection within only a few days as well, which was fantastic. Several other companies I reached out to couldn’t be bothered to respond. Our inspection was done by Mike Juri and he was awesome. He took his time, explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Mike and this company.
