David was very professional both in conducting himself as a professional expert at the same time he was very gentle with his clients. He never got loud nor too soft in his answers. He was dealing with every problem in a positive manner by identifying the problem and instantaneously suggesting a practical easy and reasonably cheap solution to the satisfaction of his audience, kind of. I would most certainly recommend him to all my clients and all my fellow Realtors. They will all be very happy with him for sure.

David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the inspection. I think as a first home buyers we were lucky to get him as our inspector for the property.

Will did the inspection for me today. He was amazing. He caught a bunch of defects to the home my partner and I were hoping to purchase. Some major red flags. Aside from the high quality work, he was very informative and communicative about everything. He even gave tips on how to address and manage certain issues. I would highly recommend Will to anybody looking to do an inspection.

David Asselin is my inspector - he helped us to inspect a townhouse. I would like to see he is very professional and knowledgeable - he went through each room, roof and garage with me explaining me every detail of what he found during inspection, and could answer all the questions I raised; he documented well by listing all the issues he found, prioritizing them by severity and attached clear pictures for each of the issues. With the document we saved some money on maintenance. He is honest - he was not sure about one answer he gave me, and researched after we met and honestly corrected the answer by messaging me. He has professional equipments for the inspection. It took him and his assistants 2.5hours to inspect the townhouse. Though I just met David once, I trust his working attitude, experience, honest, deep diving into details, and good communication. Thank you David and your team!

Always honest, reliable and diligent.

Amazing service. Very thorough and informative. Did not miss a thing.

The scheduling and pre-inspection paperwork was all done easily online or over the phone -- very easy and let me get on with the rest of the day. Dave (the inspector) was on-time and very thorough - pointed out several issues (one major) and was very patient answering questions. Even though there was some (external) time pressures, Dave made sure to make sure we completed the inspection to our satisfaction.

Very friendly, informative, and helpful!

I've had the pleasure of working with Mehran a few times - always thorough with the inspection as well as with the time and patience that he takes to explain the results to my clients while going above and beyond to suggest/explain remedies and some rough costs or guidelines for repairs which is very rare to find. Their line is always easy to get a hold of and they're my go-to for inspections of any kind. No question as to my first choice for home inspections here. Would definitely recommend to all those looking for reliable, thorough, easy to book/use service.

David Asselin from Inspect Canada, along with one of his coworkers did a property inspection for me a few weeks ago on a potential home purchase. The overall experience was wonderful. I think it helped that the home was in quite good condition, so there wasn’t much negative to say, however I felt that they were both very thorough in their inspection and in their explanation. I really appreciated the time they took to walk me around every single item of relevance at the property. They were also honest about their own limitations with the inspection (ex. couldn’t say much about structural damage, and that if I wanted to investigate I would need a structural engineer… etc). They also offered to provide information for professionals they would recommend for repairs (plumbers, contractors, etc.). I think the best part of the experience, besides what I’ve already listed, was that they had a very positive and friendly attitude. They felt very approachable and easy to ask questions, which is so helpful when there’s a lot of pressure to make a wise and informed decision about a house purchase. Would use them again!
