This team is quick, it was just a two day wait for the inspection. Efficient, the report was clear and easy to read. Well worth the price. It made it much easier for me to make a decision on my new home. Thank you.

Inspection was booked in short notice, inspector checked out everything well, and took time to explain to us all concerns and recommended actions for fixing.

Mike was our home inspector. He was friendly and thorough. Would recommend using Inspect Canada.

Very much a professional presence and very easy to. Understand.

We were very pleased with the efficient and thorough inspection that was completed today by Mehran Naderi of Inspect Canada. This Rancher in Tsawwassen could very well be our future home. We were given professional advice about the pros and cons of this house and what needs to be done now and in the future. Thanks to Mehran for guiding us in making this decision. Barry and Diane

Inspect Canada was recommended to by my realtor John Patricelli. Michael Juri was the inspector of the property. The overall experience was flawless, extremely professional and on time. Michael walked me through the whole building as well as showed me how he monitored and measured all the aspects of the home and educated me on all that needed to be done and provided a rough timeline for fixes and upgrades that can be potential expenses in the future of the home. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared all his information without hesitation, and I received a report detailing every aspect of the home with perfect pictures and a detailed account of what was uncovered during the inspection. I would highly recommend Michael Juri and Krystal (coordination) from Inspect Canada without hesitation.

David was so wonderful with helping us in our home inspection. He was very thorough and answered any questions we had.

David and William were wonderful! Friendly and thorough with genuine input. We were very pleased with the home inspection they conducted and appreciated that they were available on short notice.

Will provided me a very detailed explanation and enthusiastic willingness. I would recommend him for any house inspection for any of my friends in the future. Thanks Will!

Very informative and friendly! Walked me through everything in my unit explaining every little detail, and the report I received right afterwards was very thorough. Highly recommend their services.

Flexible and prompt scheduling, reasonable pricing and quality inspection, can’t ask for more. Thank you so much for your thorough inspection Mike!

David is amazing to work with. He takes good care of my clients and always deliver exceptional results!

Very professional and efficient.

I have never experienced such comprehensive home inspection before. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable in all things related to a home, things that you might easily miss, but essential to be aware of, if you’re purchasing a home. (example: he recommended that the dryer vent be cleaned, as it is a potential fire hazard). I’m definitely recommending this inspection company to my family and friends.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from Inspect Canada and Mehran, the inspector. He was punctual and extremely efficient, and answered all questions I had during the inspection. Very friendly also. I would highly recommend.

Mehran was knowledgeable and thorough. The detailed report is easy to read and well written. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Had a condo inspection with Mike Juri today and he was, in one word, amazing. He was there early and did a walkaround of the outside of the building and noted items of concern. Within the suite, he did a thorough inspection, and after he was done, he patiently and kindly walked through the unit with me and explained what he tested, how he tested and the results. He checked repeatedly to ensure that I understood what he was saying and that I was free to ask questions at any time. I received the report (both a full report and a summary) within an hour of the conclusion of the inspection. The report contained a lot of photos and explanations, as well as recommendations. Highly impressed with his professionalism and level of service. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an inspection.
