Canada's highest-rated inspection company

We had used Inspect Canada for our first home inspection buying a freestanding house in 2021. David prepared a detailed report and took us through it, with a tour of the home to discuss the findings. I was very impressed with his work ethic, his attention to detail, his willingness to explain things, and the very professional and detailed report with an amazingly fast turn-around. Just yesterday, we had a leak in our kitchen and I reached out to David to see if he could recommend someone to have a look. Instead of referring me out, David showed up at our house after 6 pm, on his own time, and spent time with us to address the source of the leak, and also looked at various other small issues we have. He did not have to do that, but he did, and that says so much about who he is and the remarkable work ethic he has. I am very grateful to him for his assistance, and highly recommend David and his company to anyone who is looking to have a home inspection done. Thank you David - it is not often that you cross paths with someone who goes the extra EXTRA mile, and then some.

Knowledgeable instructors providing professional services

We are so happy that used Inspect Canada service for our recent purchase. David helped us with a thorough walkthrough on the home and explained every detail we need to know and be aware of! He was so patient with questions and explained new concepts like for example how Furnace and A/C works together and where are pipes and what they do, and more importantly how we need to maintain filters or as another example how we can install a fan for Gas Fireplace (which is missing) to create airflow and increase its throughput during cold season. He also assured us about home foundation and how it is built in case of quality and what we can do to maintain/improve it. All in all, very good experience and we are so happy that used Inspect Canada service and also would recommend them to other buyers as they did give us the assurance of purchasing a home with an open eyes and what we are going to face in short and long term with our purchase. Thank you!

David always bring peace of mind to my clients and I!! Nothing but good things to say about him and his team!

Excellent service, very thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

From the first contact over the phone to receiving our inspection report, the reason they got so many 5 stars reviews is clear: friendly customer service, professionally executed and clear knowledge of everything involved in the process. Highly recommended.

I have used inspect Canada now a couple times for my clients inspections. They are always on time (early) and very thorough with their inspection. At the end of each inspection, they do a walk-through and explain in detail what they have seen as well as provide a written report with pictures. I have now worked with David, Micheal and Mehran and they have all been fantastic. I would definitely recommend Inspect Canada.
