Shane was terrific! He was thorough and diligent. He noted anything that was not working and explained how hard/easy the fixes would be. He was fair in terms of balancing out buyer and seller's expectations/responsibilities. He provided lots of helpful tips. We are super grateful that our agent, Felix Hunter, recommended Shane.

Great condo inspection with detailed walkthrough and professional report.

Mehran was amazing! He saved us from buying a home that would have immediately cost over $100,000 in immediate repairs! Without his thorough inspection, we would have moved forward with the home that was only 19 years old. He was so generous with his time and knowledge during the walkthrough and the report included detailed pictures and information. I HIGHLY recommend working with Mehran!

Mehran was spectacular. The attention to detail, presentation, care put into the process was unmatched. I highly recommend him and Inspect Canada for any home inspection. Mehran went above and beyond for us and made us feel confident.

I feel like I got a full report on what to watch out for first, as well as what can be done to ensure good long-term maintenance of the home moving forward. I certainly feel much more equipped with knowledge and a plan, than I did before I met with Mehran. Thank you again for all the efforts and clear passion for the work!! Much appreciated.
