We were getting our first condo and weren't sure if an inspection was necessary since it was a fairly new unit. We decided to go with Inspect Canada anyway, and I'm really glad we did. The inspector, Reza, did a phenomenal job explaining all of the unit's shortcomings and pointing out things to potentially fix or keep an eye on in the future. He came fully equipped with all the necessary tools and even spotted and noted issues I never would have thought to look for myself. Thank you, Reza, and thank you, Inspect Canada, for the excellent service!

I was really happy with the service I received from Inspect Canada to inspect my new build home. Even with new builds its worth being cautious and at the price point I felt i got more than fair value. Inspector: Said Noori - We started from the roof and worked our way down through the unit going through any items caught by the inspector. When a deficiency was identified, Said would take the time to explain the potential issues and provide feedback based on his experience of doing past inspections. - The inspector was able to identify minor issues i likely wouldn't have caught. for example a loose paver on the terrace, a small daylight gap at the base of the garage door, non functioning GFCI outlet and a improperly installed pipe that was leaking under one of the sinks. Had I relied on my own deficiency inspection, i do not think i would have caught all the above issues. - The other thing i really liked is the inspector took the time to explain to me the features of certain installed systems. I wasn't even aware that my unit had an ERV system and Said took the time to explain how it works, and sort of what the benefits are. Once completed they send you a report that you can then use to follow up via the developer. It was provided the same day. Overall very happy with the service. Would recommend.

We were looking for a home inspector for a home we were considering to buy. Pricing was simple to look up, but booking needed a bit of extra follow-up on my end (did it online, didn't get any confirmations, and ended up calling them to get things moving) Hamed Sajjadi was assigned to be our inspector. Well detailed inspection and good communication of everything inspected and findings

We had the luck to have Reza as our home inspector today. As soon as we met him, we could see him meticulously working around the unit and making sure he wasn’t leaving any inch of it behind. Saved me from a massive mistake! This was my first time ever doing a home inspection prior to purchasing, and Sina was the best experience I could have imagined. He was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. If it wasn't for his thorough inspection, I would have purchased a property with major, hidden water damage. Even though we ended up walking away from the sale, hiring Sina was hands-down the best money I’ve ever spent—it literally saved me from a total nightmare. We had such a great experience with Shane for our home inspection! He did such a thorough inspection, took the time to explain in detail all of his findings with me in the walk through and provided excellent tips for things to keep in mind for future maintenance/repair. The report was quite detailed as well, providing a very user-friendly site to easily go through the findings to see which items were more minor or needed attention and recommendations for how to proceed with each item.
