Very well done inspection. Lots detail and care taken in performing the inspection

Ramien performed a great inspection and provides a very detailed report. Thanks Ramien for a professional inspection.

David is very knowlegable and personable. We have worked with him three times, and recommend him for your next home inspection.

The inspector is thorough and attended to details. He even found the duck tape instead of metal tape attached to the hood vent pipe. We appreciate his work.

Professional, thorough, efficient. Would highly recommend. Pointed out small details, climbed through the attic, felt like no stone was left unturned. Thanks for the great inspection!

This was our first time experience with a home inspector so we didn't know what to expect, but we're so happy we decided to use one. Our inspector, Ramien Boeve, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super detailed, informative, patient, great communication and promptness. Was able to deliver our report a few hours following the initial inspection. Went above and beyond explaining things to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting into. Felt much more confident going into our property and making the right decision knowing that we had Ramien's expertise behind us. If you need a home inspector, look no further, Ramien is your go-to!

Mehran and David both did such a great job explaining each and everything in the home. Awesome to work with them and will do so again in the future!

The thoroughness and attention to detail provided by my inspector Ramien Boeve was beyond my expectations. He provided valuable insights about how to best maintain the condo I was purchasing including adjustments I can do myself to decrease accidental damages and wear. He also alerted me to issues that were not visible but would cause damages over time. The report he provided was well written and comprehensive. Thanks to his inspection, I am better equipped to maintain the value of my new home. His inspection was definitely worth the money.

I had to get an inspector on short notice for a townhouse purchase that came together on short notice. Inspect.ca came highly recommend from a friend in a townhouse. Our inspector was Sandeep. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and spent a lot more time than I had expected (almost 3.5 hours). I expected he'd have only half an hour for the walkthrough, but he spent over an hour answering my questions as we reviewed the property, and he had a lot of good suggestions about the order in which to take care of minor maintenance issues. His written report was also extremely detailed. Basically, this was a great experience, and well worth the information and the peace of mind it provided. Highly recommended.
