The final report was delivered very quick with all details, pictures and recommendations. I feel that a home inspection is very important when buying a property, and I definitely highly recommend Ramien Boeve and Inspect Canada for a professional job, and value for money spent.

Said Noori did an excellent job for a house inspection. He gave a very helpful walkthrough of the property at the end, along with a detailed report and clearly communicated all his observations - including positive remarks and also areas of potential concern. Everyone who saw the report was impressed with the level of details and inspection scope. Very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely engage him and the Inspect Canada team again for future projects.

We ordered apartment inspection report from David Asselin. Everything was done professionally. He showed us everything and explained every issue and finding.

I am satisfied with his work.

Scheduling the inspection was super easy. Vanessa was really helpful in scheduling our inspection at a short notice. Mehran performed the inspection and we couldn't have asked for a more detailed inspection. The report was in depth and Mehran was kind enough to explain even the little details. He also highlighted things which were not a concern for now but could become an issue in foreseeable future. A big thank you to Vanessa and Mehran for helping us with the inspection. Definitely recommended. The process is seamless and efficient.

Ramien was very professional and guided us through the whole condo of his findings after taking some time to look through it himself first. Ramien was able to explain how some issues came to be and also potential issues we should look into when before move in. This was very helpful as it can help us fit in some repairs into our budget. After the whole process, Ramien sent us an inspection report which summarized everything we went through plus any other items we missed during the tour. It has pictures and the report was very organized. Overall, Ramien was very knowledgeable and respectful, which is all we can ask for :)

Recommended to my clients and they had a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend them again

Ramien was not only incredibly thorough but genuinely interested in doing his job to the best of his ability. He was able to point out stuff I had never even thought to consider keeping in mind I have purchased many properties in my 50 years so this wasn’t new to me, I highly recommend inspect Canada.

David was super helpful from our first inquiry online. He was knowledgeable about specific building codes and concerns we had, which helped us choose him to book for inspection. He was thorough and took the time to address our concerns and questions. I was a bit suspicious about all the five star reviews, but they seem well earned. David was super friendly and Crystal was helpful with reserving our time slot. Thanks David and team!
