David was extremely professional and went above and beyond in Inspecting a prospective property I was looking to purchase. I highly recommend him for inspections and consulting!

As a Realtor my clients have used Inspect Canada many times and always say they are very pleased! On time, thorough, polite, great experiences all round.

Went above and beyond to face time me while I was away for work to go through his findings. Did a thorough and timely inspection 5/5

Very thorough and professional service.

Our inspector was very thorough and went through how they inspected the house, including explaining their methods, processes, and the results of the test for that particular item. The inspector was also detailed about items that needed attention and how those issues can be resolved, which was helpful in helping us to decide whether to continue with the home purchase. Very happy with how the inspection went.

Excellent response time to any inquiry, very professional service and the inspector, Ramien, was thorough and happy to answer questions! Highly recommend!

Very professional and did a great job.

Dave Asselin and his team are consummate professionals. Having worked as a Top 1% agent for over a decade, I've worked with countless properties, clients, and home inspectors, but Inspect Canada is the only one I trust. Every case has been handled diligently, all issues pointed out, and solutions provided. If you're looking for a team that has your best interests at heart, and has the expertise to guide you, they're the ones for you. Thank you Dave.

Sandeep was very professional and thorough, went above and beyond expectations. The whole process was very smooth and efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David for a condo inspection before purchase. From start to finish, the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall quality of service were unparalleled. David conducted a thorough inspection, providing a comprehensive and professionally presented report that left no stone unturned. His approachable and friendly demeanor made the whole process not just informative but genuinely enjoyable. After the inspection, I noticed that some of the hardwood flooring in the closet near the door had popped up, likely due to past moisture exposure. This issue was impossible to identify earlier as the closet was filled with the previous owner's belongings. Upon contacting David about this, he promptly offered to revisit and inspect the area. This level of commitment and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Moreover, David's follow-up inquiry about my success in renting out the place further showcased his genuine care for clients' post-service. This personal touch added significant value to an already impressive experience. I'm not one to regularly leave reviews, but the outstanding service provided by him compels me to share my experience. For anyone in need of a home inspection, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

David spent 3 hours inspecting every nook and cranny of our new duplex, his work was exceptionally thorough and professional. David is very knowledgeable. Towards the end he walked us through the whole house explaining all the findings and answered so many of our questions. I walked away knowing the house so much better. The report was also ready within hours. Loved his sense of humour too! Thank you David!

Mehran our inspector is helpful and informative. He took lots of photos and provided us a detailed report to support our deficiency walkthrough. It was easy and stress free and we appreciate the excellent customer service. We recommend this company and Mehran.

Amanjot was a very thorough and detailed inspector who walked through his inspection with me and noted any deficiencies in a professional report. He was punctual, friendly and gave me peace of mind when purchasing my Condo. After receiving possession of my Condo, there were some small issues with the toilet and the shower drain, however, David scheduled a visit promptly and even recommended a plumber who helped fix all the issues. Very happy with my experience with them and would certainly use them again in the future.

Said Noori was detailed and professional. Explained all faults and easy to understand.
