Canada's highest-rated inspection company

The service was top notch. My first time for a house inspection and I can say the service was great. I learned a lot . Would recommend 100% The tech Said N. was very professional and an easy to deal with. Thanks

For our home inspection, we got to work with Bimal and he was both very thorough and very helpful. Even the small remarks/questions we had, he answered and noted everything with patience and educated us in the process too! He was very knowledgable and professional as well. It was a breeze to go through the inspection!

Arrived earlier than needed, was thorough with his review, clients were happy -- I'm happy

Wasn't sure what to expect because we booked at the last minute and weren't able to personally attend, but extremely happy with the service and inspection. We quickly received a quote that was more affordable than most others, while Krystal answered our every question and concern with patience. Bimal was our inspector and he did a fantastic job. The report was detailed with many pictures highlighting areas of note and included thoughtful remarks on how concerns may affect our kids and how we could address these concerns (with links to affordable amazon products). The report covered everything thoroughly, so the only regret we have about not physically being there is missing the opportunity to thank Bimal personally for his work. Great experience. Definitely recommend and will work with again.

Inspect Canada came highly recommended and we're so glad we went with them. The initial contact on the phone was cheerful and helpful. She (I didn't get her name) made our app't according to our timeline and sent info and instructions via text in a timely fashion as she said she would. Ramien was our condo inspector. He was so incredibly thorough...went over every detail on every item. He was very personable, punctual, and very helpful with questions. This was a very pleasant experience and we would absolutely recommend both the company and Ramien! Thank you for a great job!

I had an exceptional experience with Mehran Naderi. His attention to detail throughout the entire process was remarkable. During the walkthrough, he meticulously explained every issue within the unit in a manner that was easily understandable to us. His thoroughness and clarity made the entire experience smooth and informative.

Ramien exhibited the highest standard of professionalism during the inspection. He treated the property as if it was his own and made it enjoyable when explaining the results.

I highly recommend Inspect Canada, and specifically Ramien, he inspected our unit thoroughly from water leaking, appliances and wiring connections …etc. After finishing with his work he went through every details in the unit and spend good time discussing his testing methods, his concerns and recommendations on how to take care of things in the unit, within less than hour the report was generated with all details discussed. I highly recommend Ramien.

Professional, easy and quick! Answered all my questions and did a thorough walk through.

Bum was great, very knowledgeable and detailed in the walk through and report. Well worth the cost.

Ramien from Inspect Canada conducted our townhouse inspection with great thoroughness. He explained everything in layman's terms, making it easy for us to understand both minor and major issues. We're grateful we chose him; his inspection gave us a clear picture of what needed immediate attention and what could wait for long-term fixes. I highly recommend Inspect Canada and Ramien for detailed, stress-free house inspections before making a purchase.

Great experience with Inspect Canada. Very thorough

Ramien was very professional and made me feel very comfortably with the assessment of my new place. Highly reocommended. Good value

Inspect Canada did an amazing job of inspecting and assessing a fully renovated 45 year old home which I was about to purchase. As the prospective owner, I had arrived towards the tail end of the inspection expecting to just see David (who I had spoken with earlier) but was pleasantly surprised to not only see him but also Ramien, another inspector who came to join in on the inspection process. Together they did a most thorough inspection of the home pointing out both strengths and short comings of my pending purchase. While showing me a number of minor faults that needed to be dealt with they also pointed out a few significant deficiencies, including a gas leak which we were then able to address with the seller. These alone saved us much grief and more than justified the very reasonable cost of the detailed inspection performed. One of the more significant problems discovered was that of some water damage cause by a minor leak from a toilet seal. After the adjacent wall was cut open by the plumber, in trouble shooting the leak further, David offered to go back to the home to verify that the problem was indeed resolved. David also offered to make recommendations for contractors which I may need for future services. My experience with Inspect Canada has been nothing less than amazing. I would highly recommend them for anyone requiring the service of a home inspection.

Friendly and thorough condo inspection! Would recommend!

Always a pleasure working with these guys

A very thorough and complete assessment, with easy-to-understand, actionable notes.

Ramien who did my Condo inspection was absolutely thorough, running all appliances, thermostat, shower etc. He used a thermal scope, a moisture detector to show me what he found as we walked through. I recieved a detailed report with pictures and rated them from cosmetic to what I would possibly need a contractor to repair. Ramien discovered the oven did not turn on even though the cook top worked which I would of missed and that the shower needed to be resealed and to add a aux dryer blower to prevent condensation from staining the ceiling that was staying in the ductwork. I highly recommend him and Inspect Canada. Definitely worth the money and piece of mind.

As a first time home buyer, there are a number of unknowns and a degree of stress wondering if the home you want to buy is going to provide you with years of great memories, or an endless nightmare of problems. While no one can predict the future, an experience home inspector will at least provide you with valuable information in the present to make an informed decision about the home you want to buy. Inspect Canada was one of the recommendations I was given for home inspections. Right from their website, I could see Inspect Canada was digital friendly. They provided information about their services and fees, provided details of their team and experiences, and provided an easy solution to schedule a home inspection online. They were even flexible with rescheduling my inspection. So far I felt confident and comfortable choosing Inspect Canada to perform my home inspection. Ramien Boeve from Inspect Canada was my assigned home inspector. Ramien was both professional and approachable with his on-site report. He guided me around the home, room by room, and took the time to clearly communicate all of his findings and answer my questions. He took the time to show me the minor, moderate, to significant problems and recommendations for fixing them. When I finally returned to my current home, I had a digital report waiting for me in an easy to read format. It covered all the material Ramien brought up in his guided tour, complete with photos, test results, severity of the problem, detailed information, and recommended solutions. Overall, I would highly recommend Inspect Canada. And if you happen to get Ramien as your home inspector, tell him I said hi :)

Super detailed and patient! You made inspection so enjoyable Sandeep!
