As a Realtor, I've worked with many Inspectors over the years and Shane's professionalism really stood out. Shane was hired by our mutual clients to inspect a home. Shane is a super genuine, and kind guy. He is also very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain his findings. He answered any/and all questions and his inspection report was very thorough. I plan on working with Shane again for sure!

Inspection Canada with Dave was just Amazing! Today, I had the pleasure to meet and work with Dave. He was very thorough and explained everything he inspected, room to room, from floor to ceiling, down to the appliances, sprinklers, AC ducts & outlets and what problems I might encounter in the future. He suggested what needs to be replaced and items that are still in good working condition. He accommodated all my queries & request like measuring some spaces. This is my very first time I was present during an home inspection, and I sure am glad I was there. I am impressed with how Dave made the whole process go smoothly. His attention to details is impeccable. Within an hour after we parted ways, I already received my detailed inspection report and what needs to be addressed. I highly recommend Inspection Canada to anyone who requires a professional home inspection service and I will be using their services again in the future. Thank you Dave!
