Thank you, Bimal, for an amazing, thorough inspection.

Thank you Shane! I had an excellent experience with Shane. He is very professional , incredibly detail-oriented, knowledgeable and informative. Not only did he provide a thorough inspection , catching every little thing that needed attention, he also took his time to explain everything to us and budget friendly ways to fix certain minor problems. On top of that, he was super friendly, funny and very approachable! Thank you so much !

Very professional. Outstanding services.

I decided to go with Inspect Canada based on the positive reviews I had come across in my research. I’m a first time home buyer so my nerves were naturally all over the place as I had never done a home inspection before. Ramien was the inspector assigned to me and he was the ultimate professional! I had a lot of questions in general but he was kind, patient and thorough with all of his explanations. He’s a reservoir of knowledge. The final report was very detailed (which is kind of like a safe haven for me and my family as all the technical terms sounded very foreign to us) so it was excellent reference material. Ramien took his time and he was very meticulous with the inspection which I will be forever grateful for! Thank you so much Ramien for your inspection, guidance and for educating my family and me on how to better protect our investment!
