Shane and Sandeep were so great to work with for our home inspection. They were, prompt, patient with us when explaining things to us and also seemed so excited to do their job! That kind of enthusiasm made it such a refreshing and pleasant experience. Also Mehran who came to do our drain scan was efficient and very helpful too. Krystal who was on the admin side made things so easy to book and quick to complete. Overall such a great experience from Inspect Canada. Would absolutely recommend to other people needing home inspections. We were very reassured that we had found everything out about our new home. THANK YOU!!!

Very professional and thorough. Prompt communication and Mehran was great in walking us through all the deficiencies and things to monitor.

Said Noori was fabulous. He did a thorough 3.5 hr inspection of the house (~2000 sq ft house), followed by a just as thorough 1.5 hour walk-through of the house room-by-room, of the detached garage, of the crawlspace, and of the house exterior from roof to the foundation. He pointed out all the pluses, the pay-attention-to areas and the must-attend-to areas. He was very pleasurable and engaging to interact with. The formal PDF report was readily available within 30 mins after the walk-through. I would definitely recommend him.
