We were very particular about picking ab inspector that’s through enough, since we were looking to buy in an older part of the city, where most of building are from 80ies and earlier. Our inspector, Ramien, was particularly helpful in assessing properties and pointing out ALL areas that aren’t only a concern now, but may become a concern in the future. Very detailed work and extensive reporting.

Got a shorter notice to Inspect Canada this time, and Kristy had delivered me another fantastic customer service, securing me with their ultra seasoned Inspector - Mehran! This time is like all my previous bookings with them - Their professionalism is truly exemplary and on full display. What I appreciate most on their service is - they will put their feet into your shoes at time of this important part of home diligence! Walking through with their findings in plain language terms to most of my non-technical clients are indeed very helpful, so they could have a picture of what is going on in layment terms! Definitely highly recommend "Inspect Canada" to all my clients / friends who need to find a credible and professional Home Inspectors!

The inspection was thorough, well planned and well executed. I feel confident knowing what issues need to be addressed and how to go about checking them off!
