Canada's highest-rated inspection company

used inspection canada a few times and they are always so great

Easy to book. Very reasonably priced. Ramien was our inspector. He was friendly, thorough, and clear. He produced the report within an hour of finishing the inspection. Great detailed report with lots of photos and even suggestions of how to fix things. The knowledge I gained from the walk around was well worth the money.

We went with Ramien Boeve because our friends had recently used his services for their current home and highly recommended him. We had our inspection and we’re thrilled with the walk through. Ramien is extremely thorough, patient in his explanations, and was generally friendly through out the whole experience. He clearly has a good eye for detail and goes beyond the expectations. He also sent the report out promptly after the walk through. I recommend Ramien to anyone wanting their future home properly inspected!

My client and I had a wonderful experience during our inspection with Shane. My client was very happy with the detail results we got from our inspector, his customer service and great sense of humour. The admin side at Inspect Canada is A1 as well

Shane was extremely detail oriented for the purchase of our new house. It’s such a monumental moment and I’m so glad to have someone like Shane catching all of the details that we would have otherwise missed. Highly recommend!

Great service!!!

I’m so impressed with Ramien Boeve, he has done a fantastic job, I highly recommend to anyone who needs home instruction 👍

Ramien was extremely thorough and bipartisan. Appreciated his walkthrough with me, explaining everything thoroughly. Thank you Ramien! He asked if we could get a snap for his social, so I'm uploading it here!

I had a fantastic experience with Inspect Canada. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and Mehran, who performed the inspection, was thorough and professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything in detail. The best part was receiving the results the same day which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Inspect Canada for anyone who needs a reliable and efficient inspection service.

Great detailed and thorough inspection. Would hire again. Thanks Mehran!

The inspector was very thorough. I was very pleased with the job that he did.

I am very satisfied with Bim’s inspection service. He answered all my questions and paid attention to detail

From start to finish, the process was professional and thorough. The booking was done quickly and with a relatively tight turnaround. Ramien arrived on time and took the time to explain the inspection process. He meticulously examined every aspect of the property. The final report was comprehensive and easy to understand. He was very patient and explained things to me, which I really appreciated especially as a first time home buyer. He would answer any questions and concerns. 100% would recommend Inspect Canada to a friend.

Had an house inspection with Bim. He was so knowledgeable and informed us of everything with examples. He is so funny too. Would recommend inspect canada to everyone I know wanting to purchase a new home.

Very thorough work. Our inspector Mehran caught many things during the inspection, and gave recommendations on what to look out for in the future. He also gave us solutions on how to save more money with the repairs. Afterwards, I got a callback to see if I have any more questions that have come up after our meeting. Would recommend again.
