Ramien did an incredible job inspecting the unit. He was detailed and thorough and took time to walk us through all of the identified issues whether minor or major. We couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided by Inspect Canada and our assigned inspector, Sandeep Bhangu. Sandeep’s meticulous attention to detail and unhurried, thorough approach made a world of difference for us. He genuinely prioritized ensuring we were well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire inspection process. His expertise and dedication gave us extreme peace of mind and a newfound sense of buyer’s confidence. It’s clear that he takes immense pride in his work, and his commitment to excellence is unmatched. We were put together with a very experienced home inspector. He was thorough, friendly and professional. At the end we were given a full details and summary of the inspection with defects and comments. Great experience from Inspect Canada.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Bimal! He was highly recommended by our realtor and was brought in to inspect a condo of ours that we had made an offer on. With being first home buyers we had lots of questions, concerns and to be frank - we were nervous! He was patient, thorough and kind. I felt we bonded a little when we geeked out over an induction stove top. Thankfully our inspection went well and we were given the thumbs up! We received the report in 5-10 minutes but he walked us through the inspection before sending it off. We will be sure to use him again!

We recently had excellent home inspection experience with Said Noori and Ramien Boeve from Inspect Canada. Both Said and Ramien are very detail-oriented, highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Said and Ramien from Inspect Canada!
