Said from Inspect Canada was super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout our condo inspection! Great service with a quick turnaround and a reasonable price! Would highly recommend :)

This company has always been great to all my clients. Although I’ve never had my client, the listing Realtor and the seller - all take the time to tell me they were very impressed with Said’s service. Haha! Just goes to show how great he was. He was very thorough, caring and respectful of the house he inspected and took his time to explain things to my client.

I had my inspection done for a new condo unit by Ramien. He provided excellent service, and took the time to carefully explain each area he inspected. He also discussed ways to maintain my home in the future and sent over a detailed report very shortly after the inspection. I could not have asked for better service! Thank you so much Ramien!

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Worth the money even if you know some stuff already.

Couldn’t give higher praise to Inspect Canada if I tried. From their speediness setting up an inspection to the thoroughness of the walk-through. Bim walked us through all the nooks and crannies explaining everything! As a nervous first time home buyer, I was put to ease. We could’ve stayed chatting with Bim for hours, he was such a delight. Highly recommend ❤️

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting my house inspector, Shane, and I must say, what a genuinely nice person he is! Shane works incredibly hard—he started earlier than the scheduled time and finished much later than he initially anticipated. Despite his long day, he didn’t even take a break for lunch. Shane is a truly responsible and thorough inspector. He pointed out every potential issue and offered me valuable advice throughout the process. The inspection report he provided is exceptionally detailed, complete with pictures and verified equipment information. On top of that, the price for the inspection is very reasonable—possibly one of the most affordable in town! The front desk staff is also fantastic. The lady I interacted with was prompt and courteous in her responses. It’s no surprise this company has such an excellent reputation and outstanding reviews on Google. They’ve earned every bit of it. I highly recommend their services to everyone. Thank you Shane. Well done, team!

I have had inspection with Saeed , very precessional and skilled. Highly recommended.

My inspector was Vimal. He was there early, he was thorough and professional. He was friendly and politely straightforward with his inspection. He also constantly provided crucial information for first time home buyers. I felt confident and secure after the inspection. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about housing maintenance, I felt like I had a crash course on how to keep the house healthy and prevent it from having issues. I would highly recommend their services if you are a first time home buyer, or just looking to get your home inspected. Definite 5 star.
