On top of giving us all the important information he went above and beyond to provide us with tips for up-keeping things in the apartment once we have it during the walkthrough. He gave lots of advice that will be extremely helpful for us once we have the apartment and have no doubt we were in great hands with Ramien. He was so friendly and answered any clarifying questions. Importantly, he was also very honest with us on any safety concerns or cosmetic damage. Thank you Ramien and we will request you next time for sure!

Inspect Canada did great job providing very flexible condo inspector availability, details of the Inspection, and price accuracy. I was especially pleased with text alert & email for upcoming Condo Inspection and option to pay online For my condo, the Home Inspector Bimal Parmar did 1.5 hour Inspection of 800sqft place followed by 1 hr detailed walk through with me. The Inspection included appliance checks, thermal imaging, electrical check, plumbing check, water leak checks and flooring/rug/Tile checks. Bimal Parmar was very thorough in his assessment of the Condo by identifying defects and providing solutions. Moreover, Bimal pointed out the regular maintenance issues to watch for with condo. Bimal noted facets, sinks, tubs, shower heads, tiolet, laundry washer, Dishwasher , electrical outlets/switches/Baseboards heaters functioned properly. Inspection was performed and Report was provided by email the same day. I found Home Inspector Bimal Parmar to be Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional and Helpful with the home Inspection process. I am very pleased with my experience with Inspect Canada and I would recommend it to others.
