We had the pleasure of working with Shane for a pre-purchase condo inspection, and I highly recommend him. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, while also being approachable and even funny, which made the process much less stressful. Shane has a great eye for detail and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we understood the condition of the unit she was considering. What really stood out was how thorough and helpful he was—he even met with the building custodian and checked other areas of the property, like the roof, to give us a complete picture of the building’s overall condition. He was receptive to our questions and suggestions, and his positive attitude made the whole experience easy and reassuring. If you’re looking for a home inspector who goes above and beyond, Shane is definitely the one to call!

We had the pleasure of working with Mehran from Inspect Canada for a full home inspection, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mehran spent a full four hours thoroughly inspecting every part of the house — from the foundation all the way up to climbing onto the roof to check its condition firsthand. His attention to detail was truly impressive. He didn't rush a single part of the process and performed many, many detailed checks, covering all systems, structures, and components of the home. After the inspection, Mehran took the time to walk us through everything he found, clearly explaining both major and minor issues, and providing thoughtful recommendations for repairs and maintenance. The final report was extremely well-organized and easy to understand, complete with photos, rankings of concern, and suggested actions. It’s not just a summary of the current condition — it’s an excellent long-term reference we can use for years to come to guide repairs and maintenance. If you’re looking for a home inspector who is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and patient, I highly recommend Mehran and Inspect Canada. He went above and beyond — truly a 5-star experience!

Ramien did an amazing work. He is very knowledgeable and knows what his job means to the buyer. He covered the entire home starting from the safety issues of front door to the balcony . He pointed out with flashlight the area behind the laundry and with a machine detector to see in washrooms where the wall has leakage n is dampness. He explained in the walk thru every detail possible. He was in no hurry to finish his job but was ready to answer questions. For our future business we would always recommend Ramien’s services .

We had the help of Ramien Boeve to do the apartment inspection before I made the final decision to go ahead with the purchase. Ramien was great, he did a very thorough job checking everything and then did a very clearly communicated walkthrough. Ramien was a really friendly guy but also had answers and explanations to all my questions. Thoroughly reccommended.

Ramien was very thorough with the inspection and with the recommendations .

I just recently purchased my first home and with that, came my first ever inspection! Working in insurance, I’ve read a lot of inspection reports, but never had one done myself. Shane came highly recommended by my real estate agent, and Inspect Canada prices ended up being on the lower side (based on my own research and my mortgage brokers & real estate agent's ballpark numbers). Safe to say that it wasn’t a “too good to be true” situation, as Shane was punctual, enthusiastic, thorough, and precise! My parents and real estate agent got there before I did (I was coming from work) and Shane finished well before I got there. But when I showed up, instead of being greeted by someone who was annoyed for having to wait, he greeted me with a big smile and contagious energy and seemed so excited to show me around and tell me what he found. It made an experience that seemed quite anxiety inducing to me, a really pleasant one. The inspection report itself was very thorough (with photos that I can go back and cross reference for items I may need to revisit in the future), and easy to read. Thank you, Shane! You have turned a new client, into a lifelong client.

Ramien is the top guy. I really recommend him.

I had an outstanding experience with Inspect Canada. Our inspector, Ramein, was exceptionally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the entire process in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Ramein conducted a thorough inspection—from the entrance door to the foundation—carefully checking all major systems, including plumbing and electrical, as well as smaller details I wouldn’t have thought to consider. I truly appreciated his patience and the time he took to answer all my questions thoughtfully throughout the process. We received the inspection report within 30 minutes. It was highly detailed, included helpful photographs, and provided practical recommendations. Overall, I felt that they genuinely cared about helping me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and honest home inspection.

Very good experience. Our inspector Mehran Naderi was very thorough with the inspection
