Bimal ji did a great job with the inspection. He was very thorough, checking everything, taking pictures, and documenting every little thing. The report was extremely detailed and listed every problem that we found during the inspection. It was my first time buying the house and I was really nervous. His inspection removed all doubt about the house I am buying. I was quite surprised at the things he discovered and because of his inspection we were able to renegotiate with the sellers. Thank you for helping me . I highly recommend your services to anyone needing a home inspection.

Shane did a great job on my home inspection, he looked through every nook and crany took photos of everything and gave me a walk through with every problem with the home I was planning to buy. He even pointed out things that haven't failed yet but might be of concern to look at in the future

An Exceptional Home Inspection Experience From the moment we met Shane Ballard, it was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely loves what they do. The walk-through felt less like an inspection and more like a home orientation workshop — informative, engaging, and incredibly reassuring. His report was exceptionally detailed, leaving no stone unturned, and his communication throughout was prompt, clear, and approachable. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough, but his upbeat personality made the entire process enjoyable. He even stayed longer than expected to answer our questions and offer insights — a true testament to his dedication. If you're looking for someone who combines expertise with heart, look no further. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Sandeep from Inspect Canada! He was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly during the inspection. The report was detailed and sent to us very quickly. He also provided helpful tips and recommendations, like water leak detectors for the laundry area. We truly appreciated his knowledge and friendly approach. Highly recommend Sandeep for anyone looking for a reliable and honest home inspector!

Ramien was fantastic and did a very detail home inspection!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Shane absolutely deserves the recognition. He came highly recommended to me—and now I completely understand why. Shane was punctual, incredibly thorough, and clearly takes great pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by you and takes his responsibility seriously. While I’m sure the seller might’ve found him a bit too overly specific, as a buyer, that’s exactly what you want. Shane pointed out every little detail and explained the potential implications, giving us a clear understanding of the home’s condition. Honestly, it was some of the best money I’ve ever spent. The peace of mind Shane provided was priceless. Even friends who joined us—some of whom have been through multiple inspections—were impressed by his work ethic and attention to detail. Top-notch service. I’d confidently recommend Shane to any friends or family buying a home.

Ramien was really helpful and provide great experience.

I had an outstanding experience with the inspect Canada, Shane our inspector, was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable He walked us through the process in a way that is easy for me to understand. Shane and his co-league check everything carefully, including the entrance door to the foundation, plumbing, electrical systems and small details that i wouldn't thought about. i really appreciated how patient they were in answering my questions during the process. We received the inspection report within 30 mins. it was extremely detail it includes helpful photos and practical recommendation. In the end I felt like they truly cared about helping me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and honest inspection.

Things were great right from the get go. Everything from booking my appointment with Crystal to the actual walk through was smooth and efficient. I am truly impressed and amazed by the efficiency, patience, care and professionalism Amanjot have presented at my inspection and walk through. I know nothing about basic built-in electrical safety measures, appliances, and moisture protection for showers. He was patient with my questions and thoroughly explained what I should pay attention to. Furthermore, he went above and beyond in explaining what I can do for maintenance to preserve the longevity of the units in discussion. The care he expressed made me feel genuinely at peace and assured during the home buying process. Thank you Amanjot for making my journey a lot less stressful than it could have been. 🙏

Shane delivered a fantastic inspection. Very thorough and he took the time to explain the findings very clearly. We would highly recommend Shane to anyone need a home inspection

The service was excellent. Such a wonderful, thorough walk around of property. I now know it so much better. Shane is wonderful with answering any and all questions. I would recommend him highly ..

We had an outstanding experience with Inspect Canada for our first home inspection. Our inspector, Ramien, was incredibly thorough, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how patient he was—he took extra time to walk us through everything slowly and clearly, ensuring we understood all the details of the property. The inspection itself took about 1.5 hours, followed by a 45-minute walkthrough where Ramien carefully explained his findings and answered all our questions. What really impressed us was how he went the extra mile—literally! He even went down to the parkade and storage rooms to identify potential issues we could raise with strata. That level of attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. Another thing that stood out was how Ramien was also mentoring a colleague during the inspection. Despite this added responsibility, he maintained a high level of focus and care, balancing both roles seamlessly. We can’t recommend Inspect Canada enough—especially if you're a first-time buyer looking for someone who takes the time to ensure you feel informed and confident. Thank you, Ramien, for your incredible work and support!
