We had a fantastic experience with Shane during our recent house inspection. From the moment he arrived (early, by the way!), he was incredibly welcoming and professional. He was very flexible with us being present during the inspection, which we really appreciated. Even though the property is a brand new duplex, Shane took his time and conducted a thorough, detail-oriented evaluation. He didn’t just rush through the process – he made sure we were aware of any potential issues, no matter how small, and walked us through everything clearly and patiently. What stood out the most was how much valuable feedback he gave us – not just about immediate concerns, but also about long-term maintenance and things to keep an eye on in the years to come. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his clients make informed decisions. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional inspector!

He went through room by room and explained in detail what he inspected and the methodology, so that gave us a peace of mind that the deficiencies (or lack of) was identified with the right tools and expertise. The attention to detail helped us convince the seller to make the appropriate repairs before we remove subjects on the purchase, so thank you to Sandeep!

Mehran was excellent! He gave us a lot of sound information in order to assist my wife and I making a decision to purchase.
