I appreciate the efficiency in this team of inspectors . We just used them for a 1 bed condo in downtown Vancouver and the turn around time Was super quick only a few hours. Further, I needed a fast reply for reviewing strata documents and it was impressive that they looked it over and got back to me within the hour. 💯 recommend. The Google reviews don’t lie. We had the pleasure of working with Shane today for our home inspection, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and very professional throughout the entire process. Shane took plenty of time to carefully inspect every part of the property, explaining things clearly along the way and ensuring that we understood everything important. We truly appreciated how much effort he put into the inspection—it showed how dedicated and knowledgeable he is in his work. Choosing this company for our inspection was absolutely the right decision, and we’re very glad Shane was our inspector. The report is now being finalized, but based on today’s inspection, we can already say that the service was outstanding. We highly recommend both this company and Shane to anyone looking for a reliable, detailed, and professional inspection.
This is the second time I’ve used Inspect Canada, and both times they’ve left an incredible impression. This time Shain and Reza did it. They both are absolutely amazing at what they do. Honestly, it felt like they were inspecting the property as if they were going to buy it for themselves. That level of care and attention is rare to find. Both times, the money I paid for the inspection was nothing compared to what I ended up saving from the seller because of the issues Shain and Reza uncovered. Their thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind. I can’t say enough about how great these two are. Without a doubt, Inspect Canada is the best inspection company in the Lower Mainland. I highly, highly recommend them.
