Canada's highest-rated inspection company

It was a great pleasure watching Ramien being super thorough with his house inspection. He aptly stated what were critical, moderate and minor callouts. He also made sure I knew what fixes were needed and gave an approximate cost of fixing those issues. Because of his help I was able to get $2000 in home buyers credit. I will highly recommend getting subscribed to their home inspection services. I will find myself reaching out to them again from time to time.

Detailed inspection. Friendly service. Client loved working with Shane.

We recently had a home inspection done by Sandeep B. from Inspect Canada, and he was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He conducted a very thorough inspection and provided a detailed report. Afterward, he patiently walked us through the findings and made sure to address any questions we had. Sandeep’s knowledge and guidance gave us confidence in the condition of the home and helped us better understand future maintenance needs. His friendly and positive attitude made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process, and we truly appreciated his support in helping us make an informed decision. We highly recommend Sandeep and Inspect Canada - the booking process, follow-up, and communication were all clear and professional, and the pricing was very fair.

Great service 👍👍

Used Shane twice for our potential home purchases and although they did not pan out, Shane was instrumental in pointing out issues that we never would've noticed. Shane is detailed and knowledgeable about all things big and small. An inspection isn't cheap but knowing that someone like Shane will point out what needs attention, the inspection is well worth it.

Thank you for inspection. It was thorough, and easy to understand

Mr. Ramien Boeve was OUTSTANDING. Extremely thorough and very kind and patient to explain all the problems and why they are in fact problems. He also would suggest ways to fix them, if you can do it yourself and how and if it is better to get professional help. Two of the points, he just fixed on the fly as he was writing them down! Thanks so much, Ramien! The company works great as well, is efficient and gets you an inspector of your choice during the time that works for you. During the busy and stressful time of completing an offer, I called and frantically said I can't talk so please text and they did.
