Our representative was thorough and to the point. Didn't leave any stones upturned!)

I am so happy with your work. Shane Ballard is a super professional and hard working instructor. He saved us so much money and time in advance by pointing out important information. Great work! Great service! Excellent inspection.

I had a great experience with Inspect Canada from start to finish. From the moment I tried to book an inspection for my clients, they were super responsive and professional. Anytime they missed my call, they were quick to return my call. Shane was the inspector for my clients’ home, and he did a very thorough job. He made my first-time home buyers feel comfortable and took the time to walk them through every detail. I’d absolutely recommend Inspect Canada to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly inspection team.

Our inspector was Shane, he was excellent to work with, he provided a very detailed and honest inspection, I would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a home inspection

Great experience with Said! He was able to find a leak in the roof of the townhome we were looking at so it allowed us to do a deep review of if we wanted to proceed with the home or not. Otherwise, we would not have known and stepped into a potential high risk situation.

The walk through was thorough and informative, and they were quick to amend a small mistake on the report, absolutely no hassle!

Shane did a great job and I highly recommend him.

Fast efficient and very thorough...

Really impressed with the inspectors (Hamed and David) and their professionalism as they inspected our new construction townhome. I felt very taken care of and the inspect report was sent quickly shortly after the inspection. Highly recommend Inspect Canada!

Shane Ballard inspected our home. We bought a presale and about 1 month later we decided to do a home inspection for our peace of mind and knowledge. Shane started the inspection by reviewing the common area and exterior. He then reviewed our unit and found items that we normally would not notice or know. It's important to still get an inspection regardless if its new or not Also wanna thank David who has helped many of our clients in the past, their values truly reflect and we're grateful for their work

I being a first home buyer was very worried about the condition of the property. But I am glad amongst all the inspectors in market, we made the right choice choosing Shane as our Inspector. All the reviews do justice to his work and efforts he put in to inspect the property

Had inspect Canada take a look at my new build. They were very thorough in their inspection and provided a very comprehensive and understandable explanation and report. Very nice people and great at their job. I highly recommend them for your next inspection whether new or old.

Return customer! Had Ramien today do a walk through of our new home and have to say the attention to detail, recommendation & service are worth every penny. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Inspect Canada.
