We had the best experience with Mehran who did our condo inspection. We are first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions and anxieties going into the inspection. He answered every question we had, walked us through every part of his inspection and helped us prioritize what should be repaired first vs what can wait a bit. Very knowledgeable and appreciated all the help! Highly recommend:)

Mehran provided an incredible home inspection for our upcoming purchase. He was masterful in his delivery, walking us through the entire home while clearly explaining the pros, cons, and potential future concerns. Unlike other inspectors I’ve used in the past, Mehran’s passion for his work and his commitment to his clients really stand out. He followed up with a detailed, easy-to-read summary email that gave us total peace of mind. Both my wife and I are grateful for the referral and highly recommend him!

Mehran was by far the most thorough and informative home inspector I’ve ever dealt with. He was warm and calming with his delivery which was a breathe of fresh air especially since the entire home buying process can be quite daunting and stressful. Mehran went through each room of the home explaining everything to us with clarity and welcomed all our questions. We’re thankful Inspect Canada gave us the assurance and confidence with our purchase.

We had Mehran (sp?) inspect our newly purchased town home in maple ridge and he did an excellent job in finding things the builder neglected. We were able to use the report (defects summary portion) for our one year warranty inspection to get some things addressed. Worth every $$.

What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared — he didn’t just point things out, he gave us practical tips, and maintenance advice. We are so grateful for his expertise and kindness. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy home inspector!

The house inspection service my family was provided by Ramien was unreal and exceptional. You can tell when an inspector is this kind of tier when he educates clients from the basics of how to recognize future potential risks on what to watch out for. Ramien spent a full hour objectively explaining what are considered ideal, what part of the properties are in good conditions, what are immediately required to be fixed, what are recommendations, and what issues minor. Just pure professionalism and due diligence done. Highly recommended if anyone needs a service while looking for a place, or simply just wants to do an inspection for personal purposes.

Make sure you ask for Ramien, he is extremely thorough and thoughtful.

Just had the walk through inspection with Shane Ballard and would 100% recommend. He was detailed and spent the time to review the entire property. We'll be more comfortable with our purchase now that we've had Shane inspect it.

We did a home inspection with Shane today. He was professional and thorough. He walked us through every single detail of the house and we left the inspection feeling extremely confident that nothing was missed. Shane was very patient in explaining everything to us. He even told us nitty gritty details, such as how to shut off the correct water line so it doesn’t impact the fire sprinklers and how to change all the filters throughout the house. I highly recommend Shane and won’t hesitate to use his services again when we need to!
