Canada's highest-rated inspection company

Ramien provided excellent service throughout the inspection. Completed quickly with clear communication. Would recommend!

Hamed gave us a very thorough explanation of the whole townhouse and we were provided with an easy to follow report that highlighted all of the issues on the unit.

We recently had a home inspection done by Mehran, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As someone fairly comfortable with home maintenance, we still found his expertise incredibly valuable. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to walk us through every corner of the property and explaining his findings in a way that was practical and easy to understand. The final report was delivered quickly, was highly detailed, and included clear photos and prioritized recommendations. It was so thorough and well-documented that we used it as a basis for further negotiations with the sellers. Thanks to the evidence provided in the inspection, we were able to secure a price reduction to cover necessary repairs. If you’re looking for a professional who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly looking out for your best interests, we highly recommend Mehran.

The inspector is so professional that it seems like he’s got laser eyes !!! No tiny little flaws could pass his attention !!! He certainly deserves an upgrade of position in his future role !!! Great personality & attitude throughout his time of inspection … … I’m very impressed by his professionalism !!!

We had a great experience with Ramien. We got our newly built town home inspected by him. He was punctual and offered us to follow along with the process if we wanted. He was thorough in his testing and reporting, and then took 30 minutes to guide us through the findings and give us tips on maintenance and care of our home. He was able to find a warrantable issue in the plumbing which we raised with the developer. The generated report was also thorough and contained details of each inspected component. I highly recommend his services!

Shane was our inspector and he was great! He really made sure that we understood everything clearly and took the time to walk us through each detail. His attention to detail and willingness to walk us through the process gave us a lot of confidence. We really appreciated his work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an inspection!

Shane was very friendly and very thorough, walked through all notable issues in detail in person that appeared on the full inspection report and suggested some other informative recommendations on potential additions to install, highly recommend!

I highly recommend working with Ramien Boeve. I have entrusted many of my clients to him over the years and I receive amazing feedback every time. The two words I hear the most from clients are “thorough” and “honest”. Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing that firsthand during an inspection on a home I am purchasing. Ramien expertly guided us through the deficiencies and risks, as well as provided recommendations so that we can make an informed choice on how to best proceed. Thank you, Ramien!

Ramien was super amazing and incredibly thorough with the inspection. Would definitely be using him again in the future!

Inspect Canada and Shane Ballard did an exceptional job of inspecting the property and giving me a detailed inspection report that I could cross reference with the depreciation report and the AGM minutes for further analysis. Amazing and Highly recommended Mehran is the best

Really great service these inspectors provide. Very thorough. My client absolutely loved the fact that they walked her around the home and showed her everything instead of just sitting at the table going over the report. 5* service.

Great experience with Inspect Canada in Burnaby, BC. I wasn’t present at the inspection, but they coordinated directly with my realtor and handled everything very professionally. They emailed me a detailed inspection report with pictures of all the issues they found, which made everything very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paul & Diana – Edmonton

I had an excellent experience working with Ramien for my home inspection. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained his findings throughout the process. Even complex issues were broken down in a way that was easy to understand, which made the entire experience much less stressful. After the inspection, he provided a detailed and well-organized report that was delivered within 45mins of the inspection! The report included clear explanations and helpful documentation, which made it easy to review and refer back to during the purchasing process. Thanks to his thorough work and professional guidance, I was able to move forward with my decision feeling informed and confident. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home inspector!

Reza was very professional and passionate about his craft and went on every single detail of the condo. Very happy with his performance once again thank you Reza.

My clients had a great experience with Inspect Canada. Inspector Shane is fantastic to work with.

As someone who tends to appreciate thoroughness and clear communication, I was very impressed with the Shane. They were incredibly detailed and methodical, taking the time to carefully examine every aspect of the home and explain the findings in a way that was easy to understand.

We had the two-man team from Inspect Canada as our inspection professionals. Honestly I was expecting a boring process with a lengthy report that I may not fully understand. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the location. We were greated with smiles and top-level professionalism. Shane and Dave are quiet knowledgeable. They walked us through everything! The treated us like they were also vested in the property. The engagement was rich and honest. When the inspection was done we really did not need a report because we understood everything they share verbally, but, the report came and wow the details including pictures was just phenomenal. I would recommend then anytime, any day. Thanks for providing us with the info we need to make a solid decision.

We recently did our first ever inspection with Ramien. Not only the inspection was conducted thoroughly but Ramien took his time explaining each deficiency. Thank You

Mehran Naderi was fantastic, thorough and sent the report in quickly after. Highly Recommend for my clients.
