Very detailed, friendly, and professional. Great experience.

Mehran was outstanding! I had my home inspection with him today, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. I was scheduled to meet him at 10:00 a.m., but when I arrived, the seller’s realtor informed me that Mehran had already been on site since 9:30 a.m. and had started the inspection. He spent nearly 5 hours going through the property in incredible detail. He was extremely thorough, technical, and attentive to every single aspect of the home. What impressed me even more was his efficiency, he completed a very comprehensive and well-organized inspection report, which was ready in less than an hour after the inspection was finished. Mehran is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail-oriented. I genuinely feel fortunate to have had him as my home inspector and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and top-quality inspection.

Good service with a fair price to carry out a thorough assessment and reporting.

Shane was fantastic to work with. He is very detailed oriented and thorough. He went over everything big and small, and even took time to teach us a few things about the house and general maintenance like how to remove the filters and clean them. He pointed out not only the things that needed to be fixed, but also pointed out the things that were really well done or unique about the house. So friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Shane.

Shane did a great job and was very thorough

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve worked with Mehran multiple times, including most recently on a property I’m purchasing personally, and he’s been exceptional every time. Mehran is thorough, detail-oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to walk through the inspection in a clear, practical way—explaining what actually matters, what’s normal for the age of the property, and what’s just noise. His reports are well documented, easy to understand, and free of unnecessary alarmism. What I value most is his professionalism and judgment. He’s calm, honest, and focused on giving you the information you need to make a smart decision, not to scare you or oversell issues. If you’re looking for a home inspector you can genuinely trust—especially when it’s your own money on the line—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mehran.
