Mehran was a great inspector. He was thorough and spent the time to go through the property with us highlighting issues/quirks. The report was done within the day and was well detailed.

I had my home inspection done by Mehran, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly thorough—checking every nook and cranny of the house and walking me through each finding with clear, detailed explanations. What really stood out was how patient and professional he was throughout the entire process. He didn’t just point out issues, he explained why they mattered and what steps should be taken. Mehran also made himself available for any future questions, which gave me a lot of confidence as a buyer navigating this for the first time. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I strongly recommend Mehran to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.

Ramien from inspect Canada was awesome. Very efficient and explained things in a way a first time home owner could understand. It was eye opening about the things that you have to care about and keep maintained in your home. Would use Ramien and inspect Canada, and would refer them to anyone looking for this kind of service! Keep up the good work!

I got to work with Said to inspect my new condo. He was very responsive, flexible and organized. We were able to schedule an inspection appointment very quickly! And he was very thorough and thoughtful when explaining his observations and recommendations. It just so happens that he actually is located in the same development, so he gave his own first hand experiences as a resident which was very kind of him. Very professional and wonderful experience! Thank you Said 😊

Shane was amazing. When we showed up he was already there/early. He was so knowledgeable and great when I was going over all my concerns from strata docs. He was so thorough in his inspection. So nice. So great.

Said gave us a very thorough and organized inspection. He was very detailed, every outlet, every watermark and every appliance was tried and tested in detail. Highly recommend for an objective, no bs review of your to-be property.

Work with Said Noori, very professional and detail inspection Recommended

Very good experience, with a highly detailed report and very useful information. Reza was fantastic to work with.

I got two condos which have been inspected by Shane and Mehran, respectively. I had really great experience with Shane! He was incredibly thorough and took his time to explain each finding clearly and patiently. He also observed subtle but very important details that could easily be missed out! More importantly, he walked me through the major systems of the home. One is called ERV system. He provided me with very practical guidance on maintenance. The whole process of the inspection was very smooth. I am pleased with his service and very happy to recommend him. Thank you again Shane. You are the best! It was great working with Mehran on the other one. Mehran is exceptionally experienced, highly professional and deeply knowledgeable. He communicates findings clearly. He took time to point out the areas that need attention in the future such as plumbing. He also provided me with the detector information for water leak prevention. I definitely recommend Mehran! Thank you again Mehran. You are the best!

I recently had Inspect Canda conduct an inspection of a house that I am considering on buying. My realtor requested Ramien Boeve as she had him conduct inspections for her other clients, which also said he was excellent. I am glad Ramien was available to conduct the inspection. He was very pleasent and easy to work with. He was extremely thorough throughout the interior and exterior of the house. Once the inspection was complete, he went over everything that was inspected and showed me the deficiencies for items that needed attention. He found that the foundation of the house had been altered, which could be a major issue in the future. He was able to answer all questions I had and provided explainations. The report was complete and sent via email within about an hour from when the inspection was complete. The report was extremely easy to follow. It included pictures, discriptions of his findings and recommendations. I strongly recommend Inspect Canada and I suggest you request for Ramien to assist you. Thank you Ramien for all your help!!

amazing service and a very detailed report at the end.

Ramien is a ✨️ fantastic ✨️ inspector. I have had multiple buyers use Ramien specifically, AND had him inspect one of my listings (unfortunately for my Seller 😉). He is highly thorough, kind, very knowledgeable, personable, and it is clear he takes pride in his work. I very much trust recommending Ramien to any of my clients, knowing they will absolutely be satisfied with his quality of service. We appreciate you!

I had an outstanding experience with Inspect Canada, specifically working with David and Mehran. These guys are truly world-class home inspectors. They delivered an incredibly detailed 249-page inspection report, but what really sets them apart is not just their thoroughness, it’s how they guide you through it. They took the time to walk me through key findings, explain potential risks, and highlight both immediate concerns and longer-term maintenance considerations. At no point did I feel rushed. Buying a home, especially a large, complex property, is a major financial decision, and after working with Mehran and David, I felt significantly more informed and confident in how to move forward. They don’t just inspect a property—they educate you so you can make a sound, strategic decision. They were also extremely responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for the best home inspectors in Canada who are thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients, I would strongly recommend Inspect Canada. David and Mehran are phenomenal at what they do and even better people to work with!!

I had my home inspection done today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Shane was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He carefully checked everything—from electrical outlets and switches to the plumbing system and all interior components of the house. He even used a thermometer to detect any potential water leaks and made sure every appliance was functioning properly. It was clear that no detail was overlooked. What stood out the most was how clearly he explained everything. He took the time to walk me and my parents through his findings and made sure We understood each part of the inspection. You can truly tell he is passionate about his work, and it shows in the quality of his service. I highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough home inspection. Thank you!!
