Mehran was fantastic. He took the time to show us a settling we need to know about our property. Highly recommended!

Shane was highly professional and did an exceptional job inspecting my new condo. I was able to provide my developer with a detailed defect list that I would have completely missed without this service. Major catches included: Evidence of previous water damage on the ceiling. A soaked ceiling on the balcony. An unfinished door tucked away inside the washer/dryer closet. Beyond the inspection, Shane took the time to educate me on my appliances and other critical building information. I highly recommend his services for any new homeowner.

We had an home inspection with Ramien, and the entire inspection was very professional, thorough, and incredibly reassuring.

Shane gave us a really great inspection report. He was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Thanks to him I feel like I can make a more informed purchase.

Team did phenomenal job. We’re a young couple looking to purchase the 1st home. We didn’t know anything about houses, David and his team went through every single corner of the property, from inside out, bottom to top, pointed out all major and minor issues plus solutions for each(my favourite part, always love to hear solutions instead of focusing on problems and issues). Helped us save tons of money and safety concerns. We’ll definitely contact the team for next inspection whether 2nd home or 3rd, they’ll be the 1st one we call. Strongly recommended..!! 😉 Updated: 1st home deal didn’t go through, we booked Inspect Canada again, guess what, even happier than the last time. Inspector Shane and his partner did the inspection this time. They both are very knowledgeable and lots of experience in the trade, always come up with solutions right away. We couldn’t believe how many corners they dug up, gave us a clear explanation, they walked us through every single corner of the property, we’re so grateful for what they’ve done for us. Once again, strongly recommended..! The most important thing is that their rates very reasonable for the amount of time and effort to work. Love it…! 😍

Yesterday, I had my home inspection done. I choose Shane, because he inspected my parent-in-law’s new home! It was a great experience. I had to choose him again 👍 He carefully checked from electrical outlets and switches to the plumbing system and all interior components of the house. Also he checked every appliance was functioning properly. He explained all I need to know and It was clear to understand. He took the time to walk through his findings. He was kind, professional, and I felt he like his work! I received his report in 2 hours — I didn’t expect that fast report! Overall, His service is outstanding. I highly recommend Shane. Thank you!!

Shane was great - very knowledgeable and a very positive person - great for buyer’s agents!

We had a great experience with Shane from Inspect Canada. He inspected a 99-year-old house in New Westminster for us and was very knowledgeable, thorough, and generous with his time. He explained the wiring, plumbing, drainage, and other systems in a way that was easy to understand for someone who is new to this. We got our detailed report within an hour of inspection. He also found issues that we later heard another inspector had missed on the same house, which shows how careful and experienced he is. We left feeling much more informed and would definitely recommend Shane and Inspect Canada to anyone looking for a home inspector and would most definitely use them again.

Reza from Inspect Canada was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail about the home I am purchasing. He made sure I understood each section before moving onto the next and has a great eye for detail. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that everything was inspected well with a very detailed report that was very clear with notes, explanations and pictures for my reference. I would recommend Reza to everyone he is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Thank you so much Reza!!

Reza went above and beyond with the inspection, explaining everything in great detail every step of the way, room by room. Both my agent and I were very happy with his work, I learned quite a bit and feel much better about my upcoming purchase. Great job.

Second time I booked Saed. I wouldn’t book anyone else. He’s simply the best in the biz.

Shane is a great home inspector. He is very detail-oriented and took the time to thoroughly walk us through the property.

Inspect Canada provided prompt, reasonably priced, and excellent service. The inspector was thorough and extremely patient in answering all of our questions. He made suggestions on how we can improve safety (for example, converting outlets in the kitchen to GFI). Thank you, Inspect Canada for making this important step of our first home-buying experience painless.
