Canada's highest-rated inspection company

We needed a super last minute inspection. Inspect Canada took the call at 6 PM and was able to offer an 8 AM inspection the next morning. Thank you for helping us win our house!

Very thorough and didn’t miss anything

Professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

We are first time home buyers and Mehran was super helpful. It was an inspection, easy tips how to fix and improve things around the place and super thorough!

From the start to finish this company was fantastic! We needed an inspection done on short notice (3 days), and they pulled through. My realtor recommended using this company and inspector David. David was great and very thorough on his inspections. He did find a few things of concern, provided us information on how to fix the issues, and also provided us with contact information for services to fix the issues. David was very straightforward and honest when he did find something wrong and also when he found things to be really good. We also really like the report you get after, with pictures and comments. The thing I really, really liked was the fact David said, even though the inspection is done if you have any questions or need help finding someone to fix something to contact them, and they will help us. It is really reassuring knowing that we are not left in the dust after the inspection. Highly, highly recommend using this company for your inspection! Top notch service! Thank you all for your great service!

Great experience and would go with them again.

David with Inspect Canada was amazing, he was thorough and informative and went above and beyond to provide an excellent inspection. We will most definitely use David and Inspect Canada again!

Highly recommend Inspect Canada for first time home buyers, They did an excellent job explaining every square foot and also provide a detailed report for later reference. The 3 years old condo I was trying to get was looking good at the beginning but after tenants left and did inspection found so many issues the unit, wear and tear was so bad I ended up changing my decision :-)

William is very thorough and went into deep detail in every aspect of the house we had hired him to inspect. He addressed all my concerns and told me everything as it was plainly. He was able to also give me multiple solutions and options for most of the deficiencies in the house. I am very satisfied with his very honest, professional and excellent service.

Will Soldat was everything we had hoped for in an inspector and more. He's thorough, careful, detailed, and offers so much value in his inspections including maintenance tips and tricks, things to watch out for, and an honest summary of findings. His style and approach is excellent as well; calm, informed, and knows how not to scare a new home owner. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were overjoyed with the service Will provided and we're saving his number for future inspections. Highly recommend Will and Inspect Canada. Well worth every dollar.

Clear explanation provided on the equipments used. Detailed walk through around the property. Thorough report with every small detail shared in then end.
