William helped us with inspecting our new home. He thoroughly checked every nook and cranny before giving us a complete verbal report ahead of sending us an e-copy. My family will be able to address the issues before move-in. Wouldn't hesitate to call Inspect Canada again.

Very insightful, generous with their time and experience, and gave clear, actionable instructions. Gave a very balanced report, very detailed but also focused on key details, not sugarcoating issues but also not adding unnecessary or overblown panic. We'd heartily recommend them for any future inspections!
