Everything was amazing!

Amazing experience

Mehran and his team at inspect Canada were amazing from start to finish! Very responsive, thorough and accommodating and he also even came on a holiday long weekend for 5h! We were very pleased with the quality of the inspection and the report that followed. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We had our inspection with William Soldat as first-time buyers, and it couldn't have been clearer regarding the home details. He was amazing in providing all the information and important little details we needed to be aware of, along with recommended solutions. The knowledge he shared about everything was truly a guiding light, ensuring we were well-prepared and wouldn't be caught off guard by any unexpected surprises. Having an expert like him made the experience truly great.

They are extremely good! I’d give 7 stars if I could. Used their services multiple times and had excellent experience. The most recent experience with David(Owner of Inspect Canada), I wasn’t charged as he checked the EMF levels first thing and since they were beyond the recommended limits and what we were comfortable with, He was kind enough to not charge us for his visit. Will be using their services again.Totally recommended.

I recently hired Inspect Canada for a comprehensive home inspection of my new property, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to thoroughness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly sets them apart as a top-notch home inspection company.

Amanjot was very professional and thorough. He walked me throughout the outside of the property and explained/pointed to what he had inspected. Explained his concerns. We then moved into the house and again walked throughout the entire house and explained/pointed to what he had inspected. Explained his concerns. Asked me for my concerns or questions. He was very thorough and not rushed. He took out the tools he used to show/explained to me what was used during the inspection and what he found/not found. I had worked at Lowe’s in the past and dealt with a lot of contractors and had gained knowledge from that experience. Amanjot demonstrated all the aspect of a professional and knowledgeable home inspector. The final report was also extremely thorough. Amanjot is Highly Recommended along with Inspect Canada.

The inspection with Aj went as well as it possibly could. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my client’s questions. He was very thorough in his breakdown of the inspection and my client left feeling confident about his purchase.

Very professional.

David was detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend!

David is an outstanding inspector. He was so thorough with his inspection and his attention to detail really impressed us. He explained everything to us during the walk through and highlighted all the good, the moderate issues and any areas of concern. He factually explained why it was a concern and what the possible mitigation could be. He patiently answered all questions and did not rush us. After the inspection, within a few minutes the online and full report was sent to us. The report included all notes and pictures and was very easy to follow. Thank you David for a fantastic inspection experience!

Mehran was phenomenal. He was able to give us a good overview on the state of the unit, didn't bat an eye at our DIY questions even though we were two women and was completely encouraging. He gave us peace of mind and was very thorough. On top of that, he is an utmost professional and was able to navigate an uncomfortable social situation that arose during walkthrough. Would not hesitate to use him again!

Mehran was very detailed inspector and a clear communicator. He was great to work with and was able to answer all our questions!
