Great service and provided a concise inspection. I reached out to Mehran Naderi from Inspect Canada and he came out on his day off to fit my schedule.

AJ and Mehran are both great- Friendly and professional. Prices are fair. Recommend!

Very detailed. Able to help me to identify all defects and shortcomings of my about-to-be new condo. Now I can show to the seller what they need to fix before I buy it. Inspector was friendly and welcomed all of my questions and was very patience in answering them.

I usually don't write Google reviews, but I couldn't help but leave one for David. His work was truly impressive. David meticulously inspected every corner of the house to ensure that nothing was overlooked. During the walkthrough, he offered detailed explanations of the problems and provided recommendations on how to address or monitor them. In summary, David's work was outstanding. He even managed to impress my 83-year-old Asian father, which is no easy feat. Heck, I've never managed to impress him before, so that says a lot!

Very nice inspector, he was very helpful with all the question we asked

David was very thorough, knowledgable, efficient and professional. My clients were very happy with his services and information he provided. I will definitely use him again!

We have had numerous home inspection over the years David was br far the best home inspector we have dealt with. Highly knowledgeable at his job. Thanks for all your help David.

We are upsizing from a condo to a townhouse. Our inspector was Amanjot Singh who did an amazing job with the inspection of the townhouse we are buying, also explained everything in the walk-through portion. He explained everything on the report so, despite us ended up reading the report, we didn’t have as he clearly explained everything verbally and by physically showing us the defects. AJ was indeed very friendly as well. David also did an amazing job estimating the costs for all the repairs that AJ had recommended in the report. You guys rock! Thanks so much!

David was thorough and was great at communicating every issue big and small with our home inspection. He was able to outline potential solutions and give us some idea how big a fix we were in for. Extremely professional and efficient service.

David was awesome, well-informed and informative, easy to ask and chat with.

All the other reviews really summarize what my partner and I feel - David is reliable, professional, thorough, and answered all the questions we had. We spent quite a decent time going over the property and really appreciated the attention to detail, as well as the report (with pictures and videos!) that made it clear to see what areas are potential problem areas in the future. 100% will be using them again and would easily spend the money - the peace of mind of planning for the future by knowing all the issues that could potentially arise in your future home is definitely worth it. Thanks again David and Inspect Canada!!
